I've never been the athletic type. Prior to joining Jungle Fitness, my attempts at getting in shape usually involved going to the gym, spending some time on the elliptical, lifting a few weights, and calling it a day. My attempts at nutrition usually involved opting for a lager beer instead of a porter. After deciding that I wanted to actually make a legitimate difference in my health and fitness, I decided to take the next step and join Jungle Fitness.

My first workout at Jungle Fitness involved nearly losing my lunch and feeling like I was going to pass out, until my trainer, Bon Gomes, resuscitated me with some juice to replenish my glucose levels. The entire first week, I felt sore in places I never knew existed.

Now I have just finished my sixth week of personal training, and I'm able to push myself to levels that I never thought possible. The workouts are varied and diverse. Sometimes I'm doing traditional pull-ups and curls. Other times I'm doing exercises that are like the lovechild of Rocky and American Gladiators, with a little bit of Bloodsport thrown in. You could probably make a sweet eighties movie training montage based off these workouts.

My body fat has dropped several percent and I am feeling significantly stronger. More importantly, my confidence level has jumped, and I feel much more comfortable in my body. I'm no longer apprehensive about trying a new exercise, or upping the number of reps on an exercise I've already learned. I also feel like I have more energy on a daily basis. The nutrition guidelines that Bon gave me have really helped inform the decisions I make about what I put in my body, which in turn, has left me no longer feeling like a fat lard.

Bon is absolutely fantastic. He's very approachable and sincerely cares about his clients' progress. He is able to push me to perform at my highest potential. He encourages me to step out of my comfort zone, without feeling intimidated or self-conscious. Most significant is that he has helped me believe in my own ability to improve my health and fitness. The workouts are always difficult, but with Bon's support, they no longer feel overwhelming or insurmountable.

I would encourage anyone that is genuinely interested in making a difference in their health to sign up for Jungle Fitness. It consists of a community of rad people that will all support you in reaching your fitness goals. The owner Jon is enthusiastic and friendly and makes sure that every customer gets the most out of Jungle Fitness. All the trainers (including those that are not assigned to you) are welcoming and helpful. At the end of every workout, I'm a smelly and sweaty mess, and I feel like I've been brutalized. Then I take a shower and get changed, and I feel like a rock star. If you want to take yourself to the next level of fitness, Jungle Fitness is definitely the place for you.

I have been trying to start a workout routine as many others....signed up with gyms and ended up wasting the money as I have no idea what to do there. Yes, they have personal trainers available but looked like they need to hire one as well.
I have joined Jungle Fitness Personal Training Program since April and loving it!
The trainers are professional and knowledgeable on diet as well. They will constantly keep you motivated and I used to scare of working out...now I enjoy it because this is the way to stay fit and healthy. My Trainer, Dung is great....I am probably his below beginner's level ciient and he is very patience to work with me. Sending me meal plan suggestions...and the BEST of all..I see results- dropped 8 lbs and 2% body fat.
Top Notch Customer Service and Top Trainers in OC!! Finally, losing weight and staying fit will not be my new year resolution again!

I love Jungle Fitness and think its owner Jon does a great job making sure all is clients feel the spirit of being part of such a great gym. Moreover, I have been working out for almost six month there with Dung and I am simply in love with the Gym and my always interesting workout sessions. I believe I am so lucky to have Dung as my trainer; his knowledge exceeds that of the average trainer. If I struggled through an exercise, he'd explain to me why I was struggling and what muscles were weaker. He walked me through every exercise and encouraged me and pushed me when I needed it. Also, Dung techniques are truly effective as I have definitely felt the difference all the weight training has had on my body.
What I really appreciate about Dung is that he continually adjusts my program and keeps the sessions interesting and fun. I always find myself enjoying the time I spend there and I actually look forward to my sessions. Dung focuses on YOU and what is best for YOU. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is truly looking for an awesome trainer who will be there for you and understand your needs!

Dung Tran from Jungle Fitness is a great trainer! His energy is contagious and he knows how to motivate you to do your best. I have enjoyed working out with him and I am really seeing results! I feel so much better than I did before I started training. He understands how to train all sorts of people. I'm a 54 year old women and I work out with Dung and people half my age but we are all challenged by the workout. He designs each persons workout to suit them. Truly individualized! Dung is awesome!

I started six weeks ago with Darren Irving at Jungle Fitness and I'm really happy with the results I've seen. Darren has a great blend of enthusiasm and expertise. He keeps me working hard, pushing the limits just enough to see results but not overtrain. Plus he's creative. I never know what exercises I'm going to do so I definitely do not get bored. In fact I look forward to my training days! I highly recommend Darren

Jungle Fitness is the place to be if you want to get into the best shape of your life. Darren Irving is an amazing personal trainer. He is confident in his training skills, and gives me the best workout I have ever experienced. He pushes me beyond the point at which I would usually stop. After the first two weeks I dropped 7% body fat. I am coming to the end of my first month at Jungle Fitness and can't wait to see what a month's worth of training can do for me. I recommend Darren Irving to anyone looking to get into shape and feel great about themselves.

Round is a shape, but it's definitely not an acceptable physical shape for me! which led me to my decision in signing up with one of the trainers, Dung Tran. He was my extra motivational boost to help me achieve my fitness/health goals. Training with him was phenomenal. I never knew I could sweat so much in such a short amount of time span while having fun at the same time! I'm a girl.. one of those girls who openly complains & whines when she's exhausted, but that didn't stop him from pushing me to my limits.

Dung has a positive attitude. He makes the work out fun and makes sure I'm doing the exercises correctly to maximize results.

We did a combination of pretty much everything from weight training, different types of cardio, & crazy ab work outs I never knew my core could handle. Each training session was different so I would go to my training sessions not really knowing what to expect. I'd be sore the following day, but it was the good kind of sore. The kind of soreness you get when you know you had a REALLY GREAT work out & then looking in the mirror and being physically & mentally happy with yourself. :)

He also advises on what to eat and what not to eat. It's like killing two birds with one stone... You get a great trainer who passionately admires changing the wellness/health of his clients for the better & somewhat of a nutritionist too!

Did I mention it's VERY AFFORDABLE?! I was a full time college student & part time worker, but I was able to afford Dung as a trainer. I know you can't put a price on your wellness/health/fitness, but it's definitely inexpensive. I promise!

Day One -

Qoni rocked my legs - seriously, my legs were tremblings at about 10 minutes into our workout. To reach my goals, Qoni has broken-down my workouts to legs, upper body on day two and then strictly abs on day three (my least favorite - if I was swearing today, I will be screaming bloody murder on Friday).

I am no foreigner to grueling workouts and serious lifting, but damn my legs are genuinely weak right now. Climbing stairs are a serious chore and an act of great concentration and mental stamina.

I am typing this review today so that I am not biased tomorrow because I may be unable to walk without serious assistance and looking somewhat handicap. I have stretched to avoid compounding any further accrual of lactic acid - but I doubt it will make much of a difference.

Cheers to health, wellness and to the achievement of goals.

Day Two

I have gone three days without dessert and I have have managed to subsist - it's a personal record.

Today, we worked on upper body and core. I have to mention that for the past two days handicap ramps have been my friend. I am experiencing great difficulty climbing stairs and ultimate futility walking down stairs. It takes me twice the amount of time to get from point A to point B. Nonetheless, I LOVE IT!!! Glutton for punishment.

Qoni has a way of pushing me. I am at my max when he sternly advises me to give him 10 more repetitions. REALLY??? How about something more reasonable like 5 more repetitions? Lol!!

Cajolery is ineffective, as he is not moved. =^.^=

Cheers to physical acumen.

Day Three

As determined as I am, I am still unable to walk with complete operation of the two appendages connected to my hip-bone - Lol!! Kindergarten reference.

Nonetheless, Qoni does not negotiate that particular detail when deciding that I will do some weighted lunges and single leg kick-backs - God Bless Qoni!!!! Sweat equity is the name of the game. Are you ready to play?

I have survived my first week of Jungle Fitness to be a witness of the incredible results to be had...But, like all things in life, you've got to want it and want it really badly.

I say this because Qoni pushes those who desire to be pushed. I beheld this boy, oh, did I say that? I was trying to be non-judgmental. Dang-it - I guess I still have some work to do. As I was gasping for air, I could gather that he did not want to be there, but yet the conundrum was that this person, i.e., the boy, was paying to train at Jungle Fitness. This individual spent most of his time complaining and negotiating what his capacity, or in this case, incapacity of physical exertion. Are you kidding me? This is one integral reason why I would never become a personal trainer. It boggles my mind. I would probably scream "go back to the nursery you came from."

I'd probably get fired. LOL!!!

While I am a self-described health food nut, I was finding it really hard to make it to the gym given my hectic and unpredictable work schedule. I belonged to one of the nicest gyms in Orange County but due to schedule conflicts, found it increasingly difficult to make their group exercise classes and was not motivated to hit up the exercise machines after a grueling work day. Thus, I was hardly seeing any results. After doing some internet research on alternative gyms and personal training options, I came across Jungle Fitness. I was able to set up an appointment with Jon Jung right away who listened to my particular fitness goals and was extremely accommodating and matched me up with Darren Irving as my personal trainer.

I've been working out with Darren for about two weeks so far and I am
extremely satisfied with the both the quality of the workouts and the personal attention that I'm getting. Darren definitely knows his stuff, listens carefully to your individual goals, and has a great repertoire of creative and effective exercises that keep the workouts fun, yet challenging. I am sore in places that I've never been before and definitely notice that I'm building strength and stamina very quickly. I also particularly like the fact that detailed physical assessments are done on a weekly basis so you can keep track of your results and keep motivated to achieving your fitness goals. In addition, Darren was more than happy to customize an individual meal plan for me which suited my particular eating preferences.

Jungle Fitness and Darren are exactly what I was looking for to get out of a exercise rut and get in the best shape of my life for my upcoming wedding. The gym has a great, friendly vibe and trainers that are truly results oriented. The fact that I am motivated to get up before 6:00 a.m., and actually look forward to the workouts, is a testament to Darren's awesome personal training!

By having Darren Irving as my trainer, it makes exercise not feel like a chore. He keeps you motivated and switches the exercises up so that you don't get bored. He also gives you a meal plan to follow and is available for you whenever you need to ask him a question. He modifies the exercises if it seems too much, and he's not one of those psycho boot camp trainers that won't let you stop and catch your breath. Don't get me wrong, Darren will definitely make you work up a sweat. An example would be alternating burpees and jump swats and doing 3 sets of 20 each. LOL

One of the things that I appreciate is that he's also not one of the trainers that tell you what equipment to use then leaves you alone without guidance or motivation. (I've purchased training sessions at 24Hr Fitness before and that was just a waste of money.) He's always providing tips and how you can improve yourself. I'm never bored when I work out at Jungle Fitness.

It's my fourth week, and I have more energy and endurance. Or at least that is how I feel. I don't see the results when I look in the mirror, but I'm noticing that my clothes do not feel as tight as before. One of the perks is that measurements are taken once a week to see how your progress is going.

Signing up for training sessions at Jungle Fitness has been one of the best investments I've made so far.

My experience at Jungle Fitness was nothing but great, personalized interaction and training. From the moment I walked in, Jon Jung helped me to get a personalized plan going for my lifestyle. Jesse is my personal trainer and he's really great if you're not the type to need a drill instructor training you. I felt like being in a private gym with others that had the same goals made me feel a lot more comfortable. I'd recommend Jungle Fitness to all my friends. It's really 10 steps above getting a normal gym membership. Jon also worked with me with the personal circumstances I had and he was totally down to earth and understanding. They treat you like the human beings that we are! Nothing but good things to say about Jungle Fitness.

I've been training with personal trainer Jesse Sadoff for about 2 months now and lost 8 lbs within the first month! Jesse doesn't just work you out intensely but makes every work out fun through his funny witty side :) He's really flexible with scheduling and even makes himself available through texting for those days that I feel like I can no longer keep my diet. I am extremely satisfied with Jesse's work and can't wait to see more results :)

I've training with Darren Irving for three weeks now and it's been going really well. Having never really worked out before he took his time and adjusted the workout so that it'd work best for me. I've been feeling great (though sore) since starting his workout regimen and the nutrition plan gives you lots of options and never leaves you feeling hungry. His passion for fitness really shines, and he excels at pushing you without being demeaning as I didn't really want the "boot camp" experience. He's great at motivating you to push you to your limit-- and stretching that limit. He's been super flexible with scheduling and I'm already seeing the results of that work. I don't think I could have had a better experience with a trainer.

s pretty much badass! They've been so accommodating while I've been working with them and they really know what they're doing. I've never been more sore in my life, but I've also never felt stronger. Probably the least expensive personal training ever and probably the friendliest! I think they're expanding their gym too so there is alot more room now as well. What's also impressive is how hands on peg-leg Jon (the owner) is. Always easy to contact and encouraging and even with his leg in a cast you'll see him crutching around talking to people at the gym. The entire place has your back and you can really tell that they're main focus is on health and wellness-not bottom line profit. Great experience and perfect place to get in shape!

My road with Jungle fitness started two years ago and I trained with them for 4 months. I came in having already lost about 60 lbs on my own through lots of cardio and dieting. I didn't care too much about muscle mass because I simply just wanted to lost weight because I was tired being 225 lbs... I was satisfied for awhile, until I wanted to become muscular and defined.

I remember when I e-mailed Jon, I got a response right away with a phone call setting up an appointment. On the day that i came in for a consultation, Jon sat down with me and got to know me and helped me figured out what my goals were. I wanted to build muscles the right way and I was in the market looking for the right trainer.

I ended up signing on that day, but later when I came home that night, I started regretting it because I was a broke college student that didn't have a job at that time. Little did I know that one simple decision would change my life and opened a new future for me.

Bon became my trainer, and alongside with him, the Jungle family pushed me to my limits and even surpassing them. Reaching levels I thought I could never achieve. Through the summer of training, I was able to change not only physically, mentally as well. I became unstoppable. I got in the best shape of my life and was getting compliments left and right. It definitely felt great and I did it in such a short amount of time.

Everyone that I encountered in the Jungle Family was a great inspiration to me and they also help me uncover the passion for fitness I had that was buried long before that. I was so inspired again that I decided to change my career and jump into the fitness industry. I sat down with Jon and asked him what the needed steps to become a personal trainer. I then spent the next 2-3 months pursuing the certification necessary. Once I got my certification, I was able to continue learning and started my path.

I wanted to become trainer simply because I wanted to help people. I went through the whole process myself and knew what it was like, and what was needed to get to the end goal. I wanted to educate, inspire, and help people achieve the same things I did because it completely changed my life around and I saw that. I wanted people to experience what I had experienced because there's really nothing like it. Everything you gain from it, will move you into a positive direction through your life. Everybody can become a source of inspiration, and my goal is to become that inspiration to others through fitness and health.

Fast forward today, I have been a personal trainer ever since. If it wasn't for the Jungle Family, I wouldn't be where I am today and I have a million thanks for them. If you are thinking about personal training, Jungle Fitness is definitely the right company to go through.

Yep..here's another well deserved 5-star review. I've been with Jungle Fitness for about two weeks now. I'm already seeing the fat melt off and the muscle build up. From the beginning I've been training with Darren Irving. This guy is a great trainer. If you're looking to slim down and get lean, then Darren is your guy. He motivates you, coaches you, and educates you on exactly what is needed to achieve your goals. If you're serious and focused about getting in shape, then he'll invest in you, just like you're investing in yourself. Jungle Fitness is where it's at!!!

I can't recommend Jesse at Jungle Fitness highly enough! I never miss a session because I always leave feeling better than when I got there. The workouts are challenging and creative, never the same thing twice. I have never been athletic but since training with Jesse I've been able to start doing triathlons, which has been a huge personal accomplishment for me. Just let Jesse know what your goals are and he will help you reach them!

I have been working out with DARREN IRVING from Jungle Fitness for nearly two years and I could not possibly ask for a better Trainer. I was referred to Jungle Fitness by my brother who found out about it through a friend. I had graduated college and because I had a full time job (I sat in front of the computer all day), I was starting to gain weight. I had no physical activity. I wanted to get in shape, but I needed the motivation and push that I eventually got from Darren. Previous to trying Jungle Fitness, I went to 24 Hour Fitness and other big gyms, but I couldn't stick to it because I didn't like the environment or the trainers. I was the type that never enjoyed working out; it was a chore for me.

When I first started working out with Darren, it was refreshing to work out with a trainer that truly cares about his clients. Darren just seems to know how to mix different exercises to maximize results. He constantly pushes me to be stronger. He motivates me with his words, but he also leads by example. I can tell from his dedication that he is extremely passionate about what he does. His exercises progress in difficulty as I become more advanced; he is always changing it up so that I don't get bored. He challenges me mentally and physically. Thanks to Darren, I went from hating workouts and going to the gym, to literally becoming addicted to it. If I miss a day now, I feel guilty and unproductive. I find exercising to be a stress reliever as well as a way to stay healthy and in great shape.

I am in the best shape of my life now. I started working out with Darren when I weighed 135 lbs, I am currently 111 lbs, I feel great and my body is toned and strong. I needed help tightening my gluts and thighs and that is exactly what I was able to do with Darren. He simply understands his client's needs. I can go on and on about how great he is, but I truly think that no one will understand how he can impact their health and bring a change in lifestyle until they try for themselves.

All the trainers really care about each of their clients and are very encouraging! Bon and Carlos are awesome and really work with you to reach your goals! Jungle Fitness is amazing and truly a different and more fun personal training environment. The attitude of all the trainers and fellow clients provides you with an upbeat, positive feeling that encourages you to motivate yourself to keep going and have fun while working out. The nutrition advice and constant positive attitude from the trainers really keeps your spirits up to keep fighting to not break your regimen of eating right and working out, it truly is a different a new break from any old eating and working out habits. Hate working out? I did, until I found Jungle Fitness! These personal trainers are by far the best fitness trainers and coaches in orange county. I met with Jon, the owner and he on a serious note is what the company is all about. He is the most real guy you will ever meet, I seriously had the best conversation I've had in years with him, the guy who I just met literally for 5 minutes! My name is Andre. Or at least it was.
I was interested in Jungle Fitness because I wanted to make a positive life change, something that, like most of us, I wanted to make for a long time but always came up with excuses not to. It cost too much. I didnt have the time. It was going to be too much work. These are the things I told myself in hopes of making my inner voice shut up about exercising and getting in shape. But as a 28 year old guy, my number one priority in life is attracting women. This might seem shallow, yes, but when youre at the height of your sexuality and think about sex an average of 38 times per hour, well. biological programming is a b.
So I went on yelp to look for a gym membership. I read reviews on Ballys, then on 24 hour fitness, and other places around my area. It wasnt until the third day of researching that I ran across Jungle Fitness. At the time it had around 68 reviews, all 5 stars. I was skeptical at first of the number of high ratings and figured they were paid reviewers boosting the ratings. But I thought what the hell let me give them a call what do I have to lose?
It all starts with John. From the minute I talked to him on the phone I knew this was the place. John laid out everything on the table what theyre about, how it differs from a regular gym, and pricing packages per month. You could hear in Jons voice that he has passion for his work, something thats echoed throughout all of the Jungle Fitness trainers. The first question Jon asked me was what is your personal goal? I told him I wanted to put on 20-30 pounds of lean muscle mass, in which he replied theres nothing that cant be done. Were not just trainers, were professional body sculptors. Whatever your goals are, rest assured that weve trained people in the past with your goals, and after youre gone we will train others with your goals. We will turn you into an upside down pyramid if thats what you want. I was sold. How can you say no to a guy that says he will turn you into an upside down pyramid?
I was set up with Francis The Franchise Pantig. The man is not only an amazing trainer, but more importantly hes an amazing human being. He inspires all of his clients to not only train hard and eat right, but to become better people. If I had to give one quality that sets Francis apart from any trainers you might meet, its that he cares. He doesnt give you a meal plan and bark orders during your session and then sends you home. Hes constantly giving advice on how to attain your goals; he motivates you to get there, gives words of encouragement, and religiously weighs you in every week to make sure youre heading towards those goals. And you know his exercises are legit when you wake up in the middle of the night and realize youre doing triangles in your sleep (true story).
Francis is part trainer, part teacher. He will educate you on everything you can do: sleeping right, eating right, and training right, to get you the best health possible. Hes very much a people person and knows how to gauge your personality and how to act with a person to get them working as hard as they can. He knows exactly when to push and when to back down. He can tell when youve had a bad day and when youre just being lazy. From a sociological standpoint, its art at its finest.
And he does it with a smile, even after training 60 people a day whining about too many lunges. I fell extremely honored, and blessed to have met Francis. He has personally changed my life for the better in more ways than one.
And my original goal of 30 pounds of lean muscle? I came into Jungle Fitness at 61, 169 lbs and 4% body fat. As of this writing, nearly 2 and a half months later, Im at 61 205 lbs and 8% body fat. I walk down the street with a little extra swagger in my step, I notice women taking more notice of me, and most importantly I feel the best Ive felt in 28 years. Since Ive met my goals Im pushing towards 220 pounds while maintaining less than 10% body fat.

I have been training with Danny at Jungle Fitness for about 6 months, and I am thrilled with the results! I used to work out at 24 hour fitness, and was tired of the crowded gym and the atmosphere. Over time I stopped going completely, & gained 20 pounds at 28 yrs old. I decided I needed to put in the time to research personal trainers and different facilities, and find one that really suites me. After meeting with Jon I knew this was the place for me.The gym is very industrial and we train inside and outside. Its great! I love how our workout routines are always different, challenging, and FUN.The biggest reason I stay with the program is because I'm not just a number, they actually care about my progress, my diet, and my well-being.The level of professionalism, dedication, and personal attention is extraordinary. Danny really motivates me to stay on track and train hard regularly. Words cant describe what a rewarding experience it has been. I would recommend it to everyone!!

What can I say about the trainers at jungle fitness. They are AMAZING! I feel great and I feel as though my goals are within reach! I train with Danny and he is amazing!

Danny really pushes me to my limit! The think I love about Danny's training is that he educates me about fitness so I can use the same concepts 10 years down the line. He really is personable and professional so if you want a trainer you want to feel comfortable with, ask for DANNY!

I'm a big Yelper (Elite 2011, woohoo!) so I know a good place and if they're really worth the 5 stars that Yelp maxes out at. Jungle Fitness is MOST DEFINITELY one of these places that's worth more than 5 stars!

In case all you can think about with the other reviewers are that they're getting paid to do it... they're not. And they're not lying. I would encourage those write more about other places, but they probably don't care to, oh well.

Jon Jung of Jungle Fitness is an amazing individual. He's so full of energy, understanding and ensures his team embodies everything that he is, and also makes sure that his clients feel as great as they are about to look.

This gym has to be one of THE BEST in all of OC, maybe even SoCal or the state! None of that busy commercialized gyms like 24hour fitness, bally's or LA fitness.. not even like the smaller privatized gyms like Gold's, or the fancy shmancy ones in LA or NYC.. Jungle Fitness is definitely unique. Sure, some of the equipment may be kinda old or squeaky, but let me assure you that EVERY SQUARE INCH of the gym gets used, and is always being used by someone. Nothing sits still, and no one sits still either!

I've been training with Jesse Sadoff for 2 complete weeks now and he's just absolutely amazing. Not a yell-at-you kinda trainer, but he can definitely motivate you to do all that you can do and more!

And already, I can see some results, and it's just from 2 weeks of eating right and working out 2x a week with him ... that's just FOUR times so far!

Take it from an Elite Yelper if you don't trust the other reviewers elsewhere.... I've definitely eaten my way across OC, LA, and NorCal.. and now I'm paying the price of getting my butt kicked for eating so much.

The area is a tad hard to find, but the signs are very helpful, and it's one of the only areas that's filled with cars. :) Open from 5a-10p, you can pretty much schedule yourself to get a good workout in whenever you have time! I paid for a "small" group setting, and I've never seen more than 3 people in my group, and that was just tonight.. other training sessions have just been by myself!

Do yourself a favor and skip all those other gyms and wannabe personal trainer program crap that they offer you. You get what you pay for, and at Jungle Fitness, I've gotten WAY MORE than what I paid for in a gym and in a personal trainer.

I don't normally write reviews, but I had to let everyone know how rewarding my experience with Jungle Fitness is.

The trainers at Jungle Fitness are in a class of their own. I have unfortunately mettled with other personal training companies, wasting time, effort and money. The Trainers at Jungle Fitness push me through intense workouts sessions and were as determined, if not more, as I was to see my personal goals through my accomplishment. No one ever said getting fit is going to be easy, but the energy, intensity, commitment, and customized work out plans that the Trainers at Jungle Fitness bring have help not only to meet my goals, but attain that beach body I've always dream of. Now this is but a reality. Thank you Jungle Fitness Team!!

Go with Jungle Fitness for real results that are coupled with everlasting habitual changes.

Arrived my first day, didn't expect anything, but once the training started after 30 mins, I threw up! Carlos will push you to your limits even if it means you're going to throw up. The training is hard, but it is worth it. I would highly recommend Jungle Fitness to anyone & everyone who wants to meet their fitness goals. Don't waste your money with a 24hr fitness or LA fitness personal trainer, it's not worth it! Trust me! If you put the effort into your workouts, you will see results!

They say finding a buddy to work out with really motivates you to keep going, to put on a good attitude, to have stronger results, to really get it going. I completely agree. But I raise you with a personal trainer. With a personal trainer you have a wonderful support system that is there the entire way pushing you through, those, "Ugh I just can't do this!" or "You said 2, right?"; you have this buddy who knows exactly what they are talking about and allows you to create realistic, yet exciting goals. I was very fortunate while working out here to have THE BEST trainer by the name of Jesse Sadoff. He has this little book that has every work out/circuit geared to all types of goals. It was always so exciting to see him look into the book of bad ass and see how I was gonna get worked(!) for that session! My initial goal was to get rid of the belly flab I've accumulated over several past Thanksgivings and to have a more pronounced upper body. Not only was I seeing results but I was motivated to go to the gym. I was motivated to get my body into shape and to be the best me that I could be. Jesse got me there. I thank him every time I start sweating just because I know he remembers my goals, and he gets me closer every time! Thank you Jesse!!

My friend and I have been going for three months now, 2 days a week because it was what we could afford. Even though we've only been going in 2 days a week, we have gained small but noticeable changes.

Our personal trainer is Qoni, and for anyone who's starting out or wants an awesome trainer, I RECOMMEND QONI. I don't know how much emphasis I can put on that.

Qoni always has your back, he corrects you when you're doing something wrong, he keeps exercising fun, he jokes around, answers questions, gives information that you seek, but most importantly he tries to make sure you're alright and that you're always safe. Qoni is also flexible, which was good for my friend and I since we both go to school.

Ever since I joined Jungle Fitness, i've felt more positive and happier, what's great is that the environment is also safe and fun.

I've been working out at Jungle Fitness for the past 2 months with Qoni Saraci, one of the trainers over at Jungle Fitness. The experience has been amazing so far! When I first started training, I was 5'8'', 145lbs. Currently, I'm at 5'8'', 160lbs. That's about 10-15lbs of lean muscle that I've gained so far training with Qoni of Jungle Fitness. The workout environment is great and the trainers are very knowledgeable. Measurements are taken on a consistent basis to ensure that you're making progress toward your goals. Both Jon and Qoni have been supportive and helpful throughout the entire process, from beginning to end. They listen to your goals, identify your needs, and setup a program designed to help you reach your target goals.

If you're serious about achieving your goals of weight loss or increasing muscle mass, I would definitely recommend training with Jungle Fitness.

I went to Jungle Fitness because of a friends recommendation and met with Darren. He was very informative and made me feel comfortable. He has been great at providing plenty of different options and approaches for my diet and workouts in order to help me reach my goal. His workouts are motivating, energizing, and fun so it keeps you interested!

It also helps that this is not your typical gym. It is not intimating at all because there are people of all ages and sizes which makes you feel really comfortable. I will say that you absolutely need to change your diet if you want to lose weight. The workouts alone, as challenging as they are, will not give you the results you want. Darren showed me how to eat right without feeling hungry which has been my problem in my past attempts at getting in shape. He really wants you to reach your goals and gives you the tools and support you need. Thanks to Darren, I was able to lose 20 pounds in 8 weeks! If you want to the best, fat melting workout around, ask for Darren

If you are serious about losing weight, getting fit, toning muscle and/or just feeling awesome - then there is no place better than Jungle Fitness to do any of the above. I have been working out with Jesse for 3 months and have never felt better! His workouts are intense and he pushes you hard and while I'm truly "yelping in pain" right now I have to admit it's one of the best workouts I've been through. I have worked with trainers at other gyms but none compare to Jesse. He is knowledgeable, motivating, dedicated and genuinely cares about each client and their progress.

If you are seriously looking for results then I highly recommend calling Jesse!!

I've been working out with Jesse for two years, and have seen a dramatic improvement in my overall health. I was at 49% body fat when I started with him (scary, I know). In these two years I've gained over 30lbs of muscle and lost about 60lbs of fat. I appreciate Jesse's style because he knows that I'm not looking for a mean or aggressive trainer, and that I'm changing my life... not looking for a quick fix. I highly recommend him.

So after a long day of xmas shopping I find myself sitting here rather than at the gym working out! :( well today's my off day and my personal trainer said I get 2 days of rest during the week, so there rest day 1! LOL

I found Jungle Fitness on yelp one day when I was searching Japanese food in Irvine. Weird huh? I decided to search personal trainers on yelp after a huge meal most likely because of how FAT i felt after eating the all-u can eat sushi! So Jungle Fitness pops up and bam 50 out of 50 FIVE STAR REVIEWS! WTH!!! UNHEARD OF...so after a week of swaying back and forth I decided to give them a call. I ended up calling them on a Sunday hoping that they were closed and no one would answer when 2 rings later, Jon the owner of Jungle Fitness answers and greets me with great, positive energy! Immediately after that I knew I was at the right place! He actually spoke to me for about 15 minutes and answered all of my questions and then set up a consultation for the following tuesday. We then met and hit it off...this guy is a ball of energy! If u get a chance to meet him u must ask him how he get his energy! The man is built like the cartoon Hulk, sexy like superman, and has the energy of Wayne Dyer! A great guy to be around especially at 6am when ur working out! I ended up starting my workout routine on Wednesday and have been loving it since! So far so good...3 months later and 39lbs leaner! Thank u Jon Jungle and the Jungle Fitness Team for helping me get back into my college skinny jeans!

Well here I am sitting here writing a review 47lbs leaner and sexier! I came to Jungle Fitness honestly depressed, overweight maybe even obese to some, with bad eating habits, lack of confidence and overall just in a bad place! I met with Jon Jungle the owner of Jungle Fitness. This guy is a ball of energy and if anyone can get u pumped up from zero to hero it's this guy! He's got an amazing team of professionals who all are way qualified and over qualified compared to your normal personal trainer in orange county! These guys are machines, they look the part (#1), the live the part (#2), and they have contagious positive energy! Want a new life style and new life change ...well LOOK NO FURTHER THAN JUNGLE FITNESS!

Jungle Fitness is THE place to work out!

Jon, Bon, & Carlos are super easy to work with and adjust the workouts to fit your wants and needs as far as muscle toning and definition are concerned. Carlos is the man if you need a serious/intense CARDIO workout, and not only is Bon HILARIOUS, he will not only kick your butt working out different muscle groups at one time, but also make sure you keep a nutritious diet plan.

I've only been working out at Jungle Fitness for about a month I can already feel a difference in my jeans and my muscle definition.

I've been working out with Jungle Fitness for about 2 months. My trainer is Francis Pantig, and he is as good as it gets!! I have lost 10lbs, around 10-11% body fat and 5-6 inches of my waist.
Plus Francis is like an encyclopedia of nutritional knowledge. He has been helping me with my health issues and trying to get me better in a more natural way, which has been working out great for me. :)
Luv this gym, luv the people that work out here. It's a very chill and fun environment to be in. I really recommend them if you are looking to become healthier and fit! :D

I have been involved with fitness my whole life. As a little girl until I went to high school playing soccer, basketball, tennis, riding horses, swim team, aerobics, etc... and after high school, in the Israeli military, followed by a lot of hiking through South America... When I moved to Orange County I looked for a place to train at, a place that had a lot of variety, a place that would always keep it up beat, that would always try to take it to the next level because that was my lifestyle until that point. And what better place than the JUNGLE would that be?! So from the Jungles of Colombia I came to the Jungles of Jon and his incredible group of trainers. My trainer is extremely professional and has a great personality. I love going to the gym and working out hard. After a workout, as I'm sweaty and exhausted, I have a huge smile on my face and can't wait until the next butt kick at the gym. I've never been pushed that hard! Within weeks I was seeing results: Tighter, flatter abs, firmer legs, thighs and buns!

Awesome place with excellent personal trainers. Francis Pantig is an awesome trainer and he'll get you to your fitness goals faster than you think possible. All you have to do is follow the plan he builds for you and you'll get results no matter what your fitness level is. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to take their fitness to the next level.

As a former collegiate athlete, I was extremely picky when trying to find a place for personal training. After lots of Google and Yelp, I called Jon on a Tuesday night. He called me back almost immediately and I was in there the next day to meet him and check out the place. Jon is so full of energy and you can tell he's extremely passionate about what he does.

Thursday morning I started training with Jesse Sadoff. He's designed my workouts to push me hard and help me drop some very unwanted weight. Jesse knows the perfect blend of pushing you harder when you try to slack and motivating you to finish when you need it. On top of it all, he's extremely personable.

It's only been 3 weeks, but already my clothes are fitting better, I have more energy, my hair and skin look healthier and I'm a happier! I would recommend Jesse and Jungle Fitness to anyone who is ready to make a change and willing to work hard.
