Dr. Moreno has been my girls' doctor for the last 7 years, and he was recommended from a friend whose college sons were seen by doctor Moreno since kids. He is one of the few doctors that still takes his time answering every question my husband and I throw at him, and I guess that is why you have to wait a bit longer to see him, but is worth the wait every time. He also works with two other excellent doctors that are very good and nice to me and my girls. The waiting time needs more work, but I rather wait for a good doctor than an in-and-out clinic with a prescription for my child's illness. I recommend him every time to anybody.

My son has been going to Dr. Moreno's office for 6years and I would never think of switching pediatricians. Dr. Moreno listens to all my concerns and addresses them accordingly. He never rushes through his appointment and he actually takes the time to talk to my son whereas some Pediatricians are too busy writing on their e-pad to talk to your children. The staff is very out going and makes your kids feel very comfortable. The clinic is run like a pediatric office not a professional business office where if your child gets too loud he will be singled out. Love the separate sick/well rooms.

Dr. Moreno has a horrible bedside manner, you cannot understand what he is mumbling. During my son's appointment I asked him a question about my daughter that took less than a minute to answer and he charged me for two office visits so that he could claim to insurance.(even though she had an appointment less than a week away and had been in the office a week prior). He obviously will take advantage and has no decency. Each office visit we have waited an hour in the waiting room and then somehow once we are in the room another 2 hours will drag by before the visit is over. He told me I wasn't feeding my son enough, a conclusion he came too because my son was less than 2 lbs of his ideal body-mass weight. Don't waste your time transferring to this office.
