Dr. Sobell is great. A real medical dermatologist. Quality. Now, try to get an appointment. Good luck. Not only is he much in demand, but he booking system is frustrating. The phone staff are as helpful as they can be, given that the scheduling system doesn't accurately represent what is available. I've had quite a few conversations with these folks trying to help, but they can't see what's available in their system. No cancellation list, either. You're asked to call back daily to see if there are cancellations. So, make an appointment while in the office, you say? Well, if the young lady behind the counter has the time to help you (if she isn't constantly glancing at her blackberry or IM window -- REALLY!) you might get an appointment, only to be called later that something has come up and they need to reschedule you. Cons: Horrible support staff & systems.

Worst place i've ever been. I went to see a dermatologist there and I can tell that this place was very booggie. The dermatologist Tania philips was very stuck up and unconcerned with solving my issues. My prescriptions were basically thrown at me. I was inquiring about laser hair removal and she then brought in two male physicians after I specifically said I was not interested in talking to anyone else about the matter. I was so humiliated. On top of this after seeing me she sent in a nurse to see me without my consent who flung the curtain open and I was still getting dressed....unbelievable. Trust me don't go here.
