If I could have rated no stars I would. Trust me when I say he is not professional. I cannot hold my tongue any longer. He would be at home a lot of times, keeping his patients waiting in an overbooked, crowded office. Once, it was for personal reasons and he simply couldn't be bothered. He was the rudest doctor I have ever encountered. His collection practices are questionable to the point of being illegal. If you are a married woman, he treats you a little better. In his culture the woman is not valued. It is appalling to say the least. If you are an unwed teenage girl, then forget it. Assisting him with a young girl's first pelvic exam, she was frightened and in pain. She was crying and I was shocked to hear him tell her if she had kept her legs closed, she wouldn't have been in this predicament. This was uncalled for and I told him so. The other office personnel at his wife's office (next door) was constantly shocked at the things he would say and do and how he would talk about his patients and how he treated his employees. If he treats you nice, then you are the exception to the rule. I ran for the exit when I accepted another job offer. Ladies, save yourself a lot of grief and seek out another OBGYN!!! There are others who accept Medicaid.

I actually could not disagree more with the other reviews. The only negative is the small waiting room and I feel the office staff could be a bit more professional. Dr. Kayani was my OB for my first pregnancy, I thought he was attentive and thoughtful. He asked questions about how I was doing and genuinely seemed to care. When it came time for delivery he was gentle and friendly. He always seemed to have mine and my baby's best interest in mind. In fact, despite the tiny office and long wait I have decided to use him again for my second child, I just went for my first visit and the wait was not as long as I remember and he was the same sweet, caring man as he was the first time. Its sad to hear that these few other women had such a terrible experience with him because I absolutely love Dr Kayani and would definitely recommend him, especially to anyone who is having to use medicaid.

He delivered my 3rd child. My labor was painless until he showed up. He used his hands to dialate me from a 9 to a 10 & ripped me from 1 end to the other. I had an episiotomy w/ my 1st child but not the 2nd & the 3rd was not larger than the other 2. Even after the baby was delivered he still had his hands in me ripping me open to get the placenta. He even seemed to enjoy causeing me such pain. When he sewed me up he acted like my vagina was a pin cushion & didn't wait till the meds. kicked in before he started to cut my labia. I let him know that I could still feel it so once again he treated my vagina like a pin cushion, jabbing needles in it as if I couldn't feel anything. The next year of my life was the worst ever. I had to relearn my own body. That child is 3 now & I still have nightmares about my experience & wake up crying. I belive I deff. have PTS, post traumatic stress. I was so scared to go to a dr. that I was almost 5mnths along in my next pregnancy before I was forced to go by my husband. Of course it was a diff. dr. I strongly feel that Dr. Kayani should have his Dr.'s licence taken away & should never be allowed to touch another woman in labor again.

My very first vist to this dr i was 13 weeks pregant then the next dr vist he said i was 25 weeks pregant. he never knew how far along i was. He was very rude and rough. You could bearly understand what he was talking about. He lied he told me that next time i would be able to find out the sex of the baby and i could bring up to 4 people well he had them people meet us there and he said only me and the baby daddy could go back. The waiting room was really small and it always had a bad smell in it. The office people were nice. I will never ever recommend this so call Dr to any one.

First of all, Im soo glad i found this website!! I've never taken the time to write a review but i feel soo much discontent with this doctor, i just felt the need to warn other future mothers!! I was almost taken by shock in the manner this man handles his patients. He was extrememly uninterested in the well-being of my health and made it seem like i was just a huge inconvenience to his day. Im not sure if its just his utter lack of social skills, or just utter disregard for these women, but either way this man needs to be taken out of this profession!! This should be an exciting time of life, and you shouldnt have to dread going to the doctor, wondering what rude and offensive thing hes going to say today. Please switch doctors while you still can, trust me it will be worth it!! Nobody deserves that kind of treatment..

Where do I begin...his office is not clean, the waitingroom looks like a closet. There is no room, and it stunk. Dr. Kayani's bedside manner is horrible, his skill is no where up to par. His staff is nice, but thats not enough to make me want him as my dr! I changed dr.s after my first apt.
