Because I live in a rural community, Dr. Peterson visits once a month. I waited 2 months to get an appt with him, then waited another 45 minutes to be seen the day of the appt. When I finally got in to see him, he was dismissive of my questions and concerns and told me I would have to schedule another appt with him at his Greeley office so that I could also see his audiologist. When I made the appt to begin with, I was told his audiologist would be with him. They were there, but he insisted I would have to see the in Greeley not there at that time. I was MAD to say the least. I called my regular doc and asked for a new referral to a different ENT doctor in Denver. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

He did my surgery very. What I liked is he told me the truth, he made it clear that the surgery wouldnt make me a whole new person and it would not hold. It held very well for 9 years. What I like about him it that he didnt just fill you up with medications, and he didnt just jump right into surgery either. He used the allergy shots and tried to prevent future allergies. He knows what he is talking about and it very kind and caring. He asks about me often. He is good

My son needed to have tubes put into his ears after repeated infections. We went to the office and had to wait, a very long time. When we finally went back to see the doctor he seemed rushed and recommended a hearing assesment be done. Their old fashion testing revealed a partial hearing loss in one of my son's ears. Tubes were recommended and were placed. After the surgery the doc was short and kind of rude. When we went to the follow up visit he seemed nice and took the time to answer any questions I had at that point.

Worried about my son's partial hearing loss his regular ped doc sent him to our local audiology clinic at the university. The ped doc was not in agreement with the ENT doc that my son had any hearing loss. The testing at the university showed that indeed my son DID NOT have any hearing loss. After other testing it was found that my son's lack of response was due to a nuerological problem (Autism).

PROS: Good docs in their field
CONS: short and rude at times, misdiagnosed child
