Kellie Tolin was the degree given M.D. that I visited. From the first time we met, her demeanor was cold/angry/unprofessional. She seemed more concerned with the coffee stain on her shirt than actually doing her job. Tolin was not personable at all, but I figured I would tough it out and see what would come of the visits. Well, upon the last visit (3 visits later), it was apparent that she was having a very bad morning, wet coffee stain on shirt, her attitude and language was condescending and very unprofessional. I really felt as though I was the M.D. and she was the patient. I walked in a few minutes late from the morning traffic. She did not ask me how I was, but proceeded to tell me "You better hurry up because you only have 5 minutes and I'm NOT doing your paperwork because you are late." Needless to say, things got worse from that point. Tolin proceeded to tell me I was "childish" because I was late to my appointment, AFTER I expressed my dissatisfaction of her tone/actions. Tolin then actually made an attempt to complete an evaluation, under the negative tone I was greeted with. No avail of course. No one can be treated professionally and/or effectively under this type of condition/treatment. She refused to give me my records, I ultimately had to get the cops to escort me back into the office to get my records. This is not an exaggeration. The staff was completely unprofessional, one of the receptionist was very shaky, almost as if she was on some sort of a drug and flat out rude. Just a HORRIBLE experience. Please spare yourself and find another psychiatrist/a completely different practice/office.
