The best Psych clinicians I've ever experienced.

I saw Dr. Hopper for the initial evaluation and after that, I've been seen Jamie, a psych nurse practicioner. Jamie is very detailed and compassionate. I would not change her for anyone else.

The facility is very clean and modern looking, but the level of service is by far the best.

I highly recommend The Hopper Group !

If you value your time, money, or sanity stay away from The Hopper Group at all cost. They agreed to give me a diagnosis by the group's namesake "Dr. Hopper" for $250. They didn't honor our agreement. I never saw a doctor, and because I contested my bill they'd made a fraudulent claim against me with a medical testing company. They are now demanding over $300 for the urine analysis, alone.

Stay away at all cost. I'm having to sue, file FTC complaints, as well as complaints with the Texas Medical Board, just to get my money back and clear my name.

Update: They lied to Lapcorp, their testing company, claiming that I agreed to pay for the cost of any test required during my visit. Labcorp's lawyer, Fenita, just sent me a contract, without my signature.

These people are animals.

Fun fact, they paid Fort Worth Magazine $4000.00 for advertisements that they claim are awards on their site.

They are animals. Run fast, run far.

Update: Their lawyers are awful. 10 out of 10 would sue again.

I have visited several psychiatrists in my life. I have been the most pleased with Dr. Hopper and his staff. They were straightforward from the very beginning, and informed me of things I must change for success even if I did not want to. They also picked the right medications from the start by using the new genetic lab testing for medications. I highly recommend this doctor if you want results.

When I first met the Hopper group, I thought I found the doctor I had been searching for. They seemed to have it together with the counselors there, you see before your doctor, and office staff seemed pleasant enough. Problem was the medicine he was giving me. I complained that the medicine was making my symptoms worse. He increased the dosage. This went on for months. I would state the medicine was making me not myself, I was doing things I wouldn't typically do. I was suicidal, something I am not because of my personal morals. Something was very wrong with the medicine and did not work with me personally. I went in crying, telling him I felt the medicine was ruining my life. It was affecting my job, relationships, and daily duties. He chose to increase the dosage again. I have never gone back. My disorder became so bad I had to file for social security, as I was unable to leave me home anymore. Social security was able to receive my medical records from the age of 16 on. Dr. Hopper's group was the only one that couldn't find my medical records. Fortunately, I had seen other psychiatrists to back my claim, or he could have potentially had my claim denied, due to his lack of keeping proper medical records . I would not suggest anyone see this dr.

I have been suffering from major depression for 5 years.

I've tried two other doctors in the past. I was never completely satsified. Either the staff or the doctor visit was bad enough.

Dr. Hopper spent enough time to explain my treatrment options to teach about my condition. Waiting time has been only 15- 20 minutes.
Excellent Service. I deninitely recomend this physician.
