Dr. Zaremski uses a holistic approach to diagnosing and treating patients. He strives to care for the whole person, not just their illness. He believes that educating patients is important and that good communication is vital to good care. He strives to form a partnership with his patients and develop a mutually agreed upon plan of care. Dr. Zaremski is a physician, board certified in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine which includes medical evaluations, Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatments (OMT). He is also board certified in Family Practice. Dr. Zaremski has limited his practice to only musculoskeletal issues. Dr. Zaremski also provides prolotherapy. Dr. Zaremski cares for children (including newborns), adults, and elderly patients and is skilled in providing Osteopathic Manipulative Treatments (OMT), when appropriate. He is proficient in many styles of treatment. In addition to the more common types of Osteopathic manual treatments, he frequently uses Cranio-Sacral, Myofascial, Stillā??s technique, FPR and other techniques. If needed, he also performs prolotherapy (a type of injection used to strengthen and tighten tendons or ligaments).
