I've been using Dr. King as my optometrist for the last year, and won't be going back. I found him to be curt, unfriendly and unprofessional. I recently developed an eye problem in my right eye (blurry vision, double vision), which Dr. King failed to correctly diagnose, and instead quickly proceeded to write me prescriptions for glasses and astigmatism-correcting contact lenses which completely failed to correct the problem. When I pointed out that the new lenses only made my vision worse, my concerns where rudely dismissed ("just try these on for a week"). Since then, my eye problem has been getting better, rendering my recent prescriptions utterly useless. I paid a lot of money for absolutely nothing, and now find myself back on square one, having to visit another eye doctor to determine the root cause of my vision problem.

I understand that it can be hard to correctly diagnose vision problems, and am sympathetic that a first diagnosis can be wrong, but was completely put off by the lack of concern Dr. King showed for my condition, and his diregard for the feedback that I provided him with when his prescriptions failed to solve my eye problem. I deserve better, and so do you.
