in Scottsdale, AZ broke-off / Cracked (2) instruments(files) in my tooth thru a Root Canal procedure!
These cracked dental instruments are permanently deep inside the roots of my tooth.
Lots of pain and suffering from this dentist.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dentist!!
