The office is showy, but it doesn't make up for the fact that Dr. Conners is very rude to both employees and patients. He passes himself off as a so-called Christian, but he is really just greedy and power-hungry salesman. Some of the employees are sincerely nice, but others are just as conniving and overselling like Conners. Even as a visitor, I could see that employees live in fear of Conners firing them if they don't do what he says and work consumes their lives (see the above posting about strange hours). If you don't like being sold something, stay away. They will try to rope you into an expensive package that may not be covered by your insurance. Beware, he has been known to dishonestly overbill insurance and it could take a long time to get your bill straightened out. Like the other posting, privacy is a major con. Adjustments are out in the open and they violate your privacy by discussing your medical conditions with complete strangers (illegal by HIPAA standards). His practice is a business selling chiropractic services which unfortunately ruins it for other chiropractors who are sincere, open minded about working with MDs and above all, honest.

For what you pay ($100 or more/visit), you get very little. The doctor spends at most three minutes with you. The office hours are bizarre, too (a couple of hours in the morning, over the lunch hour, and in the evening)--they're not open all day long. And just because you make an appointment does not mean that there won't be five other patients with appointments at the same time. The adjustments are done in an open area, so there is no way to discuss any problems you may be having with the doctor in private--one of my biggest complaints. The staff is friendly but don't always seem to know what's going on. It can take months to get questions about billing answered and/or resolved. I recommend staying away from this place at all costs.
