I met Dr. Abson on the tennis court. She cheated me on line calls, but convinced me to see her for a giant pimple I had on my a$$. Guess what, I saw her twice, the big a$$ pimple is still there. She's not a very good dermatologist.

Dr. Abson does not listen to patients. She is has more patients than she could ever need and when you try to explain something she overrules you abruptly and tells you what to do. In a way, she is quite arrogant but my bigger concern is that she is more of a technician than a people's doctor. She would have made a better researcher.

Also, getting an appointment with her is ridiculous. You have to call first thing in the morning for an appointment one month later. She fills up quickly and I found the last time I tried to make an appointment I was told to call back the next day twice because her day a month out was already filled.

Dr Abson is extremely knowledgeable. She explains medical/dermatological illness in a way that helps me understand what is going on and how the treatment is supposed to work. One thing that is not commented on in other posts is that she is always starts on time for appts. I am often on a tight schedule so that is important to me. I think others here are looking for more hand holding. I want my skin looked at and treated. When I started a recent treatment, her nurse called and followed up a few days later.

I saw Dr. Abson several twice. The first time I wasn't all that impressed but went back again. The second time I found her to be dismissive and irritable. There will be no third time.

I found Dr Abson very warm and professional. The only problem I had was that she only schedules her appointments a limited number of weeks in advanced, and they're always booked, meaning it takes several attempt to get an appointment. This is obviously good for the doctor, since it guarantees a full calendar, but makes it difficult for patients who want an appointment.

Dr. Kim Abson is a very aloof person, she seems irritated and appears to be in some sort of hurray when looking over a patients body for skin issues.
It is super difficult to get an appointment, and, her receptionist making the appointments, acts as if you are bothering her when you call for an appointment.
I can do without the haughty attitude, there are so many great physicians out there, that are interested in their patients and they do not have superior-itis.
