The medical staff provides treatments based upon their findings. I find all of the medical staff to be great at diagnostics and following through with the proper care. They are all incredibly sweet, gentle, and sincerely caring in person! With this said, I am quite unhappy, that follow through has become very difficult since major changes occurred recently. There are times when certain doctors feel that return phone calls are unnecessary and are left unattended to. This feeling of neglect takes the FAMILY out of "Family Practice". In the past not only were all calls returned, but the doctors would go above and beyond the call of duty for their patients, making a warm and caring environment filled with sincere quality attention, and a sense of empathy that seems to have gotten lost. I have referred a multitude of patients to this practice and hope to continue to refer many more, but I need to feel satisfied in the care that my family receives, not only physically, but emotionally as well. This brings me to the new office staff. If only they can model themselves after Tracey, a long time ??Family Practice? Administration Director, who wears many hats; from answering incoming calls, collecting co-pays, dealing with the influx of patients, handling any problems of patients (both in person & on the phones), and the list goes on and on. Tracey does so with ease, pleasure, and sophistication. Seemingly when no one else can assist me, Tracey can! It is extremely appreciated, as is my 20+ years of loyalty to her and this practice. The new office staff has a lot to learn about courtesy and sensitivity. Thank you Tracey! Lastly, I would like to commend Nancy, who deals with insurance referrals. Unfortunately, this year, I have been diagnosed with a disease that requires a multitude of specialists to work as a team, to handle my many parts that make up my whole disease. Nancy in a word is a true professional. I sometimes must take an appointment in the moment. Dealing with HMO??s can be tricky, but without hesitation, Nancy always responds to me with a sincere ??No problem?. These two gals, Tracey and Nancy are top-notch and this office is lucky to have them both. It wouldn??t run as efficiently or as friendly without either one of them! They continue to keep FAMILY in ??Family Practice?! I hope that this heart-felt review gets read and taken into consideration! I joined this practice for what it was and what I know it can be! ?-Kim May-Schwartz
