.

I was a third party translator for a Mexican man who was injured in an industrial accident in the summer of 2009. He had fallen backwards--4 feet to the ground-- from machinery that did not afford the safety of a guard rail. Krasner informed me that he thought this man was a liar. He curtailed translation and rushed it, so as to deprive this man from expressing his problems. A "nurse case manager" was called in, for the physical exam. I am certain, now, for legal reasons. It's only my word against theirs for what went on in that room. Internet investigation reveals that Krasner's clinics are part of a conglomerate called U.S. HealthWorks. Their stated mission is to control medical costs on behalf of employers. Simply put, the physician is a hatchet-man for the employer. I do not encourage any injured worker to expect help from Dr. Krasner, his co-henchmen at Tucson Occupational Medicine, or any other affiliate of U.S. HealthWorks.
