I have been using this practice and seeing Dr. Abruzzi for years. I have always been treated with respect and never had a long wait time. Dr. Abruzzi is always sensitive to my needs, explains all procedures and testing and just plain listens to me as a patient. She truly cares.

Clean office, friendly staff, knowledgable nurses. Dr Abbruzzi is the most fabulous doctor I've ever gone to. She's patient, explains everything, is comforting, shares her personal experiences, explains what she's doing, and is very professional. I can always call the nurses and ask any questions that don't require an appointment. I wouldn't go to anyone else if they paid me. I've referred multiple people to her, and they end up loving her too.

I just gave birth 5 weeks ago and Drs Abruzzi and Willis were there the whole time to be supportive and coach me through the process. I had many medical complications and a million questions that they and their staff took the time to answer again and again for me, whether I called or had an appt. I never waiting long in the waiting room. They also were completely supportive of a natural child birth for me and took the time to explain options.

If you are gentle, patient and kind toward the docs you will receive the same treatment in return.

I've had several friends use this practice, and have been with 2 of them in labor. The Dr.s in the practice were not very willing to work with women who wanted to use "natural" methods to deal with labor pain or to speed up labor. Dr. Abbruzzi in particular was condescending and had an extremely hostile attitude.I do continue to wonder why women put up with long wait times from OB's, excusing the OB's by saying "they have unavoidable emergencies." Especially in a multiple Dr. practice, there should be at least one Dr. scheduled to handle emergencies at all times. The true reason for the long wait times is not emergencies, it is over-scheduling! There really is no excuse to leave women waiting--the office staff should be able to call women with appointments and say "we are running about 30 minutes behind today..." Lord knows that my midwife--who practices alone--always let me know when she was running late!

Ok gave them second chance and waited 45 mins and then the assistant decided that I would need to reschedule because they could not find the notes from the last time I was there. The Dr never came in to see me thought they kept telling me she would be right in. They made little attempt to appologise in fact they did not appologise at all!
Amazing will never refer them to anyone, and I took off from work to go there and sit for 45 mins.

I've used A Woman's Place for gyn care for years and then used the practice for ob care when I became a mother. There are four ob/gyns in the practice (3 female doctors and 1 male doctor), and they all provide excellent care.

I maintain the same doctor for routine gyn care, and she's very professional, gentle, and thorough. She takes time to answer my questions and address any concerns I have.

During my pregnancy, the four doctors rotated so that they had all seen me before I went into labor and would be familiar with me in case they were on call when I delivered. While each doctor has a different personality and bedside manner, all of them were attentive, considerate, gentle, reassuring, and capable. All of them were willing to take the time to respond to my pregnancy concerns, and when my blood pressure rose during my last trimester, the practice monitored me more carefully.

I would highly recommend this practice to any woman in the Lehigh Valley.

PROS: Excellent medical care
CONS: Sometimes long waits because of unavoidable emergencies
