If watching Sex & The City episodes during your procedure is what you want out of a dental experience, then this is the office for you. But if your focus is on dental health then I'd recommend avoiding it.

Initially faced w/the possibility of a root canal for a #14 molar and a crown for #15, after a year+ in her ??care? I was left toothless where #14 used to be and with nerve damage to #15. Nearly $9K of fees paid to her office, I??m now faced with repair costs to her handiwork which??at a minimum & excluding any further complications??amounts to thousands more for an implant at #14 + root canal for #15. Beyond the countless x-rays, pain-killers & antibiotics; not to mention living with daily tooth pain for several years now; + significant time lost from work, here are a few more aspects of the experience worth noting: ??? During the #14 extraction, she??d knocked off the new #15 crown (sending it clear across the room, then replacing it??chipped!) Only when I'd insisted that food was being trapped in the vacant space did she concede to repair it??now a patchwork tooth that cost top-dollar. ??? Ongoing pain from the damaged tooth has made it impossible to chew on the affected side since. And in what seemed an effort to rescue her own work, on several occasions she'd filed away a significant amount of my surrounding teeth. My bite is now off, my orthodontic work is shifting and I live with a new and disturbing popping in my jaw/ear, while chewing ? all compounded by temperature sensitivity where before there was none. ??? One would assume that a cosmetic dentist would plan for a temporary tooth instead of leaving a gaping hole, visible to this day when I smile. ??? And finally, knowing I was about to move overseas, and no longer considered profitable it was amazing (and disgusting) to see how much and quickly her demeanor changed. She stated in no uncertain terms her refusal to take responsibility for the work or damage done, by her own hand. But agreed to a partial refund once presented with an independent evaluation by a certified Endodontist, which she promptly tried to recoup through my insurance??using up my lifetime maximum allowable benefit! What a piece of work...

I??m not one normally to pen reviews, but if I can prevent one person from having a nightmare like this, my time will have been worth it. And I certainly would have taken it up in court, were I still in the USA. The only good thing I can say about her office is that she has a truly lovely staff. Thanks, UA in the UK.

Pros: a lovely staff

Cons: sloppy, superficial

.

I adore Dr. Rozenberg.

PROS:
- she does the cleaning herself and does a great job
- provides services such as hand massages, warm lavender neck cushion and etc.
- she is very good at what she does
- she has a wonderful bedside manner

Cons:
- the cleaning in itself is priced at the high end of cleanings, but her other services are quite expensive. she only does porcelian cavity fillings and she charges about $1200 for each one (other places charge $800), but all the dentists who have seen the work says that she did a great job with them
- she is very aggressive with the cleaning. both my friend and I agree on this one... it was a bit painful at times, but hey... it's a cleaning as a dental student friend told me "sometimes it was to be painful if you really want it clean".
