This was my first time to see Dr Wong and I was very happy with all aspects of my visit. The office staff was very friendly and the waiting room was decorated very nicely. Dr Wong was very friendly and professional during the exam and clearly explained what was wrong, my treatment options, and gave me a referral to an endodontist. I have never liked going to dentists (even for cleanings!) but he made me feel comfortable by explaining the procedure I would have to have done by the endodontist and what to expect. He also provided an option to contact him after hours if my symptoms worsened over the weekend and I really appreciated that as no doctor/dentist has ever offered that to me before. If you are looking for a dentist, I would recommend him based on my positive experience.

My teeth have been one of my biggest insecurities, and a constant reminder of trauma I had gone through and mistakes I had made in my past. Not having insurance for the past few years and being really broke in new city made my teeth get bad fast and made it harder and harder to even try to find a good dentist I could trust. I was so lucky to meet Dr. Lennie Wong, and he was so nice to me even after he knew I didn't have insurance and that my teeth were a total mess. He assured me that no one at the office would judge me and he has been making a huge effort to work with my budget and make things affordable so I can get my teeth fixed. The entire staff I have met at Tendercare have been great, they are always friendly, quick and gentle....and I feel like I have been going there my whole life. This is the first time I have had hope for my smile in years, and I cannot thank Dr. Wong enough for staying persistent so I would make my appointments and helping make the dentist something I can afford even while I'm uninsured. I am going to recommend them to everyone I know!

He is a good dentist, always sensitive to your needs. He is a nice person, and treats his patients with respect. He always listens to my concerns, and takes time to explain why he thinks a particular procedure needs to be done. He was unfortunate to miss a fourth channel in my tooth when working on my root canal. He recommended an endodontist to fix the problem, and fixed my crown at no charge.

I've been going to the same clinic for almost thirty years. I was saddened years ago when my original dentist retired and I was passed on to a new young dentist.

I got over that in a hurry. It's weird to say it, but I really like my dentist now. I would be crushed if I had to change again.

Dr Wong and I may both be a bit older now, but the good Dr is on top of his game; he takes pride in his work, and he's understanding and respectful of my needs as a patient (I can get claustrophobic with the dental dams now commonly used). He's also just a nice guy.

I also like that he's in no hurry to do unnecessary work. He's never suggested anything I consider in the least unnecessary. He's open to advanced cosmetic services and will happily discuss costs and benefits, but I never feel like I'm just a wallet waiting to be pried open.

From reception to billing to my time in the chair - there's nothing I don't like about Dr Wong and the Tender Care clinic. Sorry to admit that I've had A LOT of dentistry in my lifetime, but that much time in the chair leads me to believe that this group is top notch. Recommended.
