Dr. Gedz is my dentist. I went through a lot of bad experience before I have met here. I was in trouble with my dental situation and was afraid to go to the doctor. When I met her she made my long way through painless and pleasant. Everything was done in timely matter with a great concern about my dental and general health.
She was very friendly, highly professional. She explained to me everything before hand, so I would know what to expect.
After I was finished and very pleased with work done Irecommended her to my family and friends. I was very upset to read such a negative impression of her.

Dr. Gedz needs to be friendlier towards her customers (who are paying expensive prices for certain treatments). Doctors need to remember that patients come first, and they are the reason they went into the business! (hopefully). She must listen to clients, their questions and ensure they are being cared for. Otherwise, she seems qualified for her job, and seems to know what she is doing.
Her staff needs to work on being more patient and accomodating towards customers. Customer service is definitely not easy, however, as hygienists and secretaries part of their job requires being able to be pleasant and listen to customers' concerns.
