Dr. Price and his assistant are great on make sure you have a pain free experience. However, if you decide to be his patient make sure you are specific on what work you need to be done. I had a old silver broken filling and went in to fix it. Well, Dr. Price only fixed what was broke and I ended up with a half silver, half white filling tooth. When I saw it I called Dr. Price right way and he said he did not think I he need change the entire filling because the rest was not broke, but he would finish the poor job he had done at no extra cost because he had already charged me the full price for the filling. So, now I get a bill where Dr. Price office charge me and my insurance full price for the rework he did to fix the nad job he had done.
Now, let??s talk about customer service. When I first went in they cote me a little over $ 3,000.00 work to be done. I accept and wanted do the work with them. Well they would not schedule me until after the insurance sent them a letter saying that they would pay for the insurance part of the work to be done. Even after I said I would pay if the insurance did not pay for it. After 3 weeks I finally got my appointment and started the work. Well, Connie, the receptionist and billing Manager is a very rude and proud lady and has no clue what good customer service is. My every time she billed me, it came with mistake and extra charge. The first bill I over paid in about $ 130 and she had trouble applying my credit to my account. Now with my last bill, I asked why they were charging me again for the teeth they had to do a rework because of their poor job. Also, informed her that my insurance did not pay for one of the charges because she has sent the wrong code for the charge and they needed her to send the bill again. When I showed her what the amount my insurance told me t pay their office, she was very rude and told me to pay whatever amount I think it was right, she was going to write off the rest of the bill and she was going to close my file and I should find another dentist because she did not want see me in their office again because I always question her billing. Well, I had spent over $ 3,000 in treatment in the practice and paid cash for it! She had done my billing wrong 3 times, so yes I had the right to revise my bill before I pay for it. I think it was very convenient for Connie to tell me to find another dentist after I had done all my work with them, paid cash for it and would not being using their service for a while since I had all done at once.
Also, I have been in this office 4 times in 1 month and I had seen another patient sit at the same chair I was and the dentist use the same equipment they used on me on the next patient without cleaning it. All the material and equipment are old and does not look like is been clean often enough.

So, My conclusion is
At this Dentist office you are a valuable patient when:

You do not question the service;
You do not revise your bill and over pay for the service and do not question;
Until you have done all the work you needed, with the dentist and paid cash for it.
If you don??t mind the appearance, old equipment and cleanness.
I do not recommend this practice
