We had insurance and I told the dentist to use silver filling on the first visit since my kid was only 3 years old. My kid had three huge sores lasted for 2 weeks after the filling. It is the worst practice I have ever seen. We paid over $150 for the deductable or whatever we owe. Then they did the white filling and sent us a bill for $240. We called and someone in the office told us 'they will take care of it' and we on't need to worry about it. A year later they send us a bill again and told us we still owe the $240. It is a messed office. poor quarlity care and meesed up system.

The receptionist who answered the phone refused to give out pricing - everyone else did - we pay cash - no insurance - she said the doctor likes to meet patients first - my wife told her that we did not want to waste the doctors time or ours if their prices were out of line - she told my wife to find another dentist then...ok...no problem - they just lost $1,800

will NEVER go there again. Poor quality work, rude staff, doctor seems to only care about her wallet, not a child's pain. So much for going to a "so called " specialist.
