Dr. Kramer ended up delivering me because she was the doctor on call at the time. When I came in, I felt somewhat confident that all would go well after meeting her a whole two times in the office, but I liked her. This changed once I was admitted. It seemed it was a great inconvenience for her to come up to delivery and check on me even though she was supposedly the one on call. I pushed for 90 minutes before she could manage to come up even after my nurses called down more than once to let her know she was needed. After 90 minutes of my baby crowning, it was finally determined that she was posterior meaning she was facing up rather than down which was making it more difficult to get her out. My daughter ended up being born w/ a very large abrasion and even larger bruise on her head due to being pushed up against my pelvic bone for too long in delivery. The bruising increased her jaundice level requiring her to be on light therapy at home for a week after delivery. I feel like Dr. Kramer did not give enough importance to my nurses' requests to have her come and check me and that if she had made me and my care more of a priority that things would not have been nearly as traumatic.
That being said, there are other doctors in this group that were amazing!!! Dr. Reardon is extraordinary in her care, compassion and bedside manner! I have opted to change from my OB/GYN of 20 yrs to make her my primary GYN. Dr. Cargill is also very good and I would be more than comfortable having either of these two doctors delivery any future babies for me.
The office operates in the idea that when you are an OB patient, you do not have an assigned doctor. Whoever is on call is who will deliver and and they are very unyielding with this. There are six drs and you must see each one during your pregnancy which does not give you an opportunity to develop much of a relationship with any of them.
I was a high risk patient and the only two doctors that I could tell had even looked at my chart before walking in the door to examine me were Dr. Cargill and Dr. Reardon.

I have seen Dr. Kramer for two pregnancies. She takes her time while seeing me and makes sure all my questions and concerns are answered. I'm glad I found her!
