First, I will start with my 4 year old son. He had lots of work to be done on his front teeth. Dr. Madonian decided the best way to work would be to put him under general anestesia. Worked great for everyone!! We have United Concordia and Tricare. Mostley everything was covered by my insurance (so I thought) until I got a dental predetermination. There were so many charges for sealants that my insurance wouldn't cover that my bill was almost $2,000. I asked her not to do the sealants but she refused my request. Oh well...$2,000..teeth are important. So we got through it, no problems. 6 months later, I noticed my 2 year old was having the same problems with the front teeth. I caledl to scheduele him in and at the same time, I noticed one of my 4 year olds fillings had fallen out so I asked if she could replace that. A month later, she fixed the filling and examed my 2 year old. Again, she suggested general anestesia for my 2 year old. GREAT, here we go again. So we set that up, only she felt he needed crowns on them rather than fillings, and also racked up the bill with sealants..another $2200. Meawhile, I get another bill for my 4 year old for $100 emergency visit for fixing the filling. Whatever! paid it, paid everything..got my kids through it. AND NOW...6 months later....my 4 year old is missing all him front fillings makeing his teeth look like white pieces of corn...and my 2 year old lost one of his crowns in the front. Nothing can be done about the crown because she basically glued the crown to a stump. Their new dentist was shocked at the qualilty of work performed seeing how they were under general anestesia and her work should have been of higher quality. Now my son has to go for another 5 or 6 years with a missing tooth. Thanks alot. \r\n
