I went to Patricia Casler for hand therapy because her hours were more accommodating to my schedule. It was very easy to get in and the therapy sessions were quick. I had been going to a different, well-reviewed clinic with good results. I saw Patricia Casler a few times and she gave me exercises and a makeshift device that caused a lot of pain. I went back to my previous CHT who respectfully told me that device was old-fashioned. Then I went to NYU and they told me the same thing and that it probably injured me and set me back a couple of weeks. There's no reason to go to Patricia Casler when one of the premier occupational therapy centers in the world (NYU) is right up the street. She was nice, but simply a bad clinician.

Patricia Casler is terrible at her job and is also a crook. I was sent to her to get a cast put on my arm. Not only did she put the wrong kind of cast on my arm, but she told me that her practice accepted my insurance, and her office manager, Francine also told me this. Surprise, surprise...they do not. So, I had to have her bad cast removed from my broken arm, causing me more pain and then she has the audacity to send me a bill for $250 for "services rendered". This happened 3 years ago, I sent her a letter saying what happened and why I shouldn't have to pay out of pocket other than my copay - now she is trying to take me into collection. Ha! Casler is a crook, DO NOT SEE HER.
