I wish I read the review by Jennifer J. before going to Dr. Mann. My experience with Dr. Mann was unpleasant. He might know what he is doing in dentistry though my fillings were left rough like a sandpaper and bumpy. He and his staff treat you like the most annoying salesperson who only cares about how fast to sell you the product and knock the money out of you. Dr. Mann himself is very rude with his staff in front of the patients. And yes be prepared that while you are sitting in the chair half way through the procedure Dr. Mann can easily express his annoyance with you, for example, if it takes you time to feel if the crown sits right.

Elena Maslennikova Grahmann, Why didn't you come back and let us smooth your fillings? You said, β??He [Dr. Mann] and his staff treat you like the most annoying salesperson who only cares about how fast to sell you the product.β? What semblance of snake oil did you imagine we were trying to sell you? Those that know me know that I would never try to forcefully sell any patient anything whether necessary or otherwise. The need for dental care speaks for itself and is the responsibility of the individual who requires it! How was it that I and/or my staff annoyed you like a salesperson? What did we say to make you feel as though we were trying to "knock the money out of you?" If you were uncomfortable with the dental treatment needs that you presented yourself with, why did you sign your consent and allow us to do the dental treatment in the first place? You stated, β??Dr. Mann himself is very rude with his staff in front of the patients.β? I am not rude to my staff! They have all been employed with me for a very long time. D.B. 9+ yrs, C.F. 13+ yrs, D.R. 20+ yrs, K.C. 20+ yrs. What other patients are you referring to that I am rude to? That statement is false, irresponsible and comes from a reckless tattler. What makes you think that I was ever annoyed with you. Did I say that I was annoyed with you? Did I yell at you? Did I say something mean to you? Did I say something to embarrass you? If so, what was it? When a patient is faced with the need for dental care it can be a very private and personal challenge. Each patient requires different levels of management. You were not ready to accept your diagnosis, were you? But since you did, you shifted the blame on me and have tried to make it look as though I forced you into accepting treatment against your will. You needed a punching bag, didnβ??t you? Your unfounded allegations are exposed! Be responsible, do the right thing and take these hideous accusations off the internet. Dr. Mark Mann

This is a terrible place. They told me and my husband that we needed all kinds of procedures that turned out to be a lie. We went to a different dentist and my husband was told he only needed two fillings versus the 6 that Mann Dental said he needed. The dentist also insisted that my husband could only have the most expensive type of filling and would not even let us make that decision ourselves. He said the more common type filling would not last very long, even though I have had that same type filling in several of my teeth for the last 15 years with absolutely no problem. Then they wouldn't even give me my x-rays, and when my new dentist requested them, they sent them printed on regular paper and my new dentist could not even read it. Considering all of Mann Dental's x-rays are saved electronically, that is pretty ridiculous that they couldn't even just email them. Don't go here, they only care about money and have no concern for the patient's well being. The office manager was also extremely rude. This was a few years ago, so don't know if same manager is still there.

Who are you? It is cowardly to make such blatant accusations and then hide behind an unrecognizable name. If you were a real stand-up individual, you would come out of the closet and discuss your unconfirmed assertions. Maybe you are not real but a fictitious person fabricated to bash me and my dental practice. I challenge you to reply to this response.
