I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. From the very beginning he recommended a c-section not even considering a vaginal birth at all bc I had a previous c-section with my oldest child. The office doesn't care for children to be there, very rude receptionist up front, and there is absoulutely no flexibility with rescheduling appointments at all. The dr can reschedule if something is wrong with him or if something comes up with him, but definitely not the patients. Was recently in the office sick with pneumonia still seeing patients as well. I wished I went with another practice all together but this was definitely a learning experience that will learn from and move on. I had to find another dr so close to the end of my pregnancy which is very unfortunate.

Believe the doctors is ok, however ease in flexible with appointments is not the case in this office. At times the Dr seems like he is going through the motion and bed side manner is at its minimum. It is vitally important when dealing especially with pregnant mothers to have better bed side manner and listen to your patients especially one who have been through it before.

I have to say I would absolutely not recommend Dr March's office. From the beginning he made me cry after my first visit when I was pregnant because I felt like he wasnt listening to me. After that he interpreted my 18 week ultrasound to be a girl when in fact I was having a boy, when informed of this he did not believe me and did repeat ultrasound further "proof". He thought my son would be to large to deliver naturally so he delivered via c-section a week early. My son was 8 lbs 9 oz. He did a plastibel circumcision which did not go as planned and would not fall off so I had to take my infant to a pediatric urologist to get the ring cut off. My sutures from my c-section came open and overall the entire experience was unpleasant. The only bright side was some of his staff until the front desk girl left and then I went through the nightmare of trying to change doctors. After requesting my records it took them 3+ weeks to send them and then because I couldn't see my new doctor without my records and I needed a refill on a prescription after multiple phone calls they finally called me back and demanded $20 to call it in, even though the only reason I needed it in the first place was their own incompetence. Please pick another doctor.

If this is your first pregnancy, then Dr. March would be a good dr. for you. I've always liked the single doctor appeal. However, this is my second pregnancy. The last dr. I had was absolutely AMAZING but he decided to stop delivering babies so my standards were really high as I looked for another dr. I had to have a csection for my first and my husband and I really didn't want another. Well from the first visit with just the nurse, I already didn't like it. She pretty much commanded another csection and assured me that Dr. March would say the same thing. I left crying. We decided to give it another shot, and actually meet Dr. March. not a good experience. He also commanded a repeat csection and was very "worst thing is going to happen" and was not willing to work with us at all. We know there are risks but also know that vaginal births after csections are common. Then he made it more than clear to us that his reputation was on the line. Though he did take the time to talk to us and listen to us, he also made it clear that he would not be willing to work with us on this point. I left crying again. We immediately started looking for another dr. Overall, like I said, if this is your first pregnancy, you don't know any differently, so give the single doc a shot. But be prepared to do what he says and don't dare argue. oh yeah, and they were very rude about me bringing my son with me.

Dr. March is amazing. This is my first pregnancy so I was not sure what to expect. Dr. March never rushes and will answer any questions you have. He takes his time and makes you feel like your the only patient. On my first visit he sat with my husband and I for an hour talking and answering our questions. He is very smart and can give you the statistics on a million and one pregnancy issues. I am so happy I found an amazing dr. my first try.

When I found out I was pregnant, I asked a friend about her ob/gyn, and she highly recommended Dr. Michael March at March Obstetrics and Gynecology. The single doctor office appealed to me because I wanted to be seen by the same doctor throughout my pregnancy without bouncing around through the practice from doctor to doctor. Dr. March is an easygoing, thorough, and caring OB/GYN. He handled my advanced maternal age and high risk pregnancy with great care and concern, giving us all the information we needed to make the best decisions for our family. Even though with a single doctor practice the possibility exists that he might be out of town at the time labor, I would still recommend this very professional obstetrician.
