Dr. Gross delivered my 2nd daughter & compared to the delivery of my 1st I was very unhappy. I was in labor for over 21 hours & he was there a total of 30 minutes. However, when we found out we were pregnant with our 3rd I went back because I didn't know any other doctors in the Midland area. I scheduled my 1st appointment & wasn't going to be seen for over 4 weeks because that was the soonest they could get me in. On the 17th of January I started bleeding severely, I naturally called Dr. Gross's office & the nurse called & told me to come in. I arrived and all they did was blood work, no ultrasound of any kind to check on the baby. I ended up in the ER because the bleeding didn't stop & Dr. Gross did nothing to help it. We found out that my hormone that maintains the pregnany was half of what it should be & I had a tear in the placenta that almost cause me to miscarriage; & still Dr. Gross did nothing. His office called me back that afternoon to tell me to come in on Wednesday for more blood work & when I asked them about what to do about the tear they said just stay on bed rest like the ER doctor said & we'll see you on the 10th, which was another 3 weeks away... I would NOT recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. He does not spend time with his patients & he does not help ease the mind of women who are worried about their unborn children.

I love this OB/GYN!!! Have been with him for 9 years now. He has literally saved my life once. I have never been yelled at or treated rudely. I think he is very patient and caring. He always takes his time with me and addresses all my concerns. He is a very caring and patient man. His staff is amazing! They are all caring and love what they do. His nurses are great and have always been there to listen to me either on the phone or in the office. I have never one time had a bad episode with this doctor. His prices are very reasonable if you don't have insurance. I highly recommend this man!

I have had no luck finding a physician in Midland, and my family doctor set me up with an appointment with Dr. Gross. I have had unexplained misdiagnosed issues for about 3 months, and was so prepared to visit a new doctor. I had health records on hand, a letter to the doctor explaining my symptoms and dates of onset, as well as copies of CT Scans performed. I arrived early, filled out my paperwork and was called back to the room. The doctor never came to speak to me, however had his nurse relay to me that he was not happy with how I was acting by writing such a letter that did NOT let him practice medicine (it only detailed my symptoms) and the nurse treated me so terribly that it broke me into tears. I have never been treated so badly by another person in my life, and left there so broken I could barely drive home I was crying and shaking so bad. He would not respond to my requests to speak to him during my time in his office, I was shortly thereafter kicked out of the office by his nurse, and the nurse never spoke to me without raising her voice. No one offered to assist me with anything, and I will NEVER go back to his office, nor reccomend this doctor to anyone in the future.
