I'm an actor, so like it or not, how I look is important to my career. Trouble is, I'm also lazy. My mid-20s seemed to have a split personality; on one side I had a great job on a television show (earning an Emmy nomination) and was considered a success, but on the other side most of my free time was spent with my two best friends: my Playstation and Phil E. Cheesesteak. I was getting pretty chubby.

Complete Body helped me change all of that. They can help you, too, no matter who you are or what your fitness level is. I went in for the first time just to get some nutritional advice, and then had some training sessions with Alex (the owner) to see if I liked it, to see if I could learn how to work out. Since then, I've lost 30 pounds an I've kept them off for over a year. I've worked with several of the trainers there, and have seen that they can meet you at your fitness level, wherever it is, and get you to the next level, and the level beyond that. My goals are now beyond "I wish I could get in shape" and have progressed far beyond what I would have done has I just stayed with the overcrowded, unhelpful assembly-line gym I was previously not going to. With Complete Body, I have been given reasons to show up, and results for doing so.

They've got everything you could need, starting with their incredible trainers (reason enough to go) to nutritional and injury rehab advice, machines or freeweights you don't have to wait for, to massages, and fantastic locker rooms. The locker rooms didn't seem like a big deal to me a first, but I realized just how nice they were when I went out of town and was forced to go to a mega-gym.

You don't have to work out with the trainers there, if you just want to do your own thing. It's never really crowded, so you can work out in peace. But if you're at all like me, with the toughest part just getting off your butt and getting to the gym, I recommend you use these guys, as they're the best you can get.

The trainers at Completely Body, specifically Alex, are actually very nice, and never make you feel bad or stupid for not being in shape. They work with you, and your schedule, to make sure that you actually work out, and that you don't hate it so much that you never come back.

The sessions are also kind of fun, considering you're working your butt off. You could be boxing one day, or wall climbing, or twisting your body in ways you didn't even realize you could.

In the year that I've been training at Complete Body, my body has changed a lot. I'm a much stronger person, and I actually feel good about the way I look. It's definitely worked out for me, and I don't see why I would ever stop going.

Also, the gym itself is just really nice. It's small and kind of intimate. The owner, Alex, will talk to you almost every time, and you'll come to love him. The locker room looks like something out of a high-end hotel, and there's a steam room that I love to sit around in after a tough work out.

You really can't go wrong with this gym. You can even get massages and facials there if you want. Totally worth it!

This gym is a complete experience. The brain child of its founder, Alex Reznik, it is designed to encourage and motivate you to attain your personal fitness goal holistically. The gym is state of the art, with equipment that allows for variety. The staff is well trained and it shows in their appearance and the regiments they design. I made a call for a consultation and got a call back from the Alex, the owner himself. I met with Alex and one of his awesome trainers. They were professional, physically inspiring, candid and encouraging. There was no sugar-coating of the work that needed to be done. However, they simplified the process for a gym simpleton like me.

Alex and his team will tailor a program that fits your pace and get you to your goal. Of course your participation is mandatory, but they encourage you along the way. I am now learning the art of taking care of my body for the first time. It is not a done deal and it is not happening as quickly as I would wish. However, I am more confident that I am on the right track. It is not a cheap experience, but consider it an investment in you. The returns will keep giving.

So if you are a couch potato, a workaholic who does not know anything about fitness and can afford expert assistance, this is the gym for you. I recommend you make an appointment, have a consultation, and commit to a few sessions. I bet you will get inspired too!
