I don't know what the previous writer/patient's (RB) problem is, but Dr Pesche was not like that with me. When Dr McNaughton died, I had to find another doc, the medi-cal clinic where Dr Mac worked at this writing has no MD's, (or DO's) only PA's He charged a fair price for my office call. (he does not take medi-cal) and was polite, helpful, i.e. opposite of what was posted on top. Did you ever stop to think it IS normal aging? I HIGHLY recommend this doc.

This Doctor was as arrogant as they come. Very dismissive and borderline rude. Just told me my concerns were just normal aging. Never looked any further. On my next appt, I asked to go to a specialist, he instead just gave me a prescription and sent me on my way. I thought D.O.'s were suppose to be less about the treating symptoms and more about finding the cause. I do NOT recommend him.

I think Dr. Pesche is the greatest. I have not only been his patient for many years, I have also worked with him. He is a very kind, caring, and hard working doctor. There should be more Dr. Pesches in the world!
5I went to Dr Pesche a couple of times about 3 or 4 years ago. He gave me some immunizations that he said I needed, I asked him specifically if my insurance would okay it, he said "yes." I was very clear that I did not want any additional charges, he told me that there would be no extra charges. But... when his wife billed my insurance and they wouldn't pay for one or two of the shots, I got a bill for it. I called her several times and told her that the doc had assured me that it would be covered and that I wouldn't have gotten them if I'd known I'd be responsible to pay for all of it... she replied "my husband doesn't know about the billing, he always tells patients that and I get stuck with having to tell them they'll have to pay. I'll ask him over dinner what he wants to do" Well, she kept billing me, I kept calling and telling her I wasn't paying it. I refused payment and went to a new doctor. They turned me in to a collection agency which still hasn't collected the fee (it was less than $200, but it's the principle). I'd never go there again or recommend them to anyone, nor will I pay for something that I feel I don't owe.
btw... I liked the doctor, he spent time with me and seemed to care, but going to him is not worth the hassle.

Dr Pesche is hands-down the best Doctor in Tehachapi
He is not just a pill-pusher like some, he tries to treat your ailment, not just write a script and yell "NEXT!"
Not to be construed as he won't give meds you need, it just that he will spend time with you and is not afraid to say "I don't know" and pretend he is God like some Docs here

I love Dr. Pesche! He is a very knowledgeable doctor, but never makes you feel inferior or stupid. My daughter really likes him too, which is amazing because she doesn't usually take to many adult men. I like that he pays attention to mother's intuition:) He is really a great guy:)!

Mopving to a new place it is hard to find a good Doctor. Thankfully I did. Dr. pesche is wonderful. He takes care of the whole family. The kids love him. The staff is great.
5I think I found a wonderful Doctor! I was having to drive all the way down to Lancaster before Dr. Pesche. I'm so glad I switched I have never had a problem getting in when I need to and they always are very helpful.
