I think there may have been some confusion with the last poster's review and I would like to clear up a few things. First, Dr. Berman works in Woodstock and Atlanta, not in the Roswell office, although there is a Roswell location. Also, Dr. Berman is a Cataract and Glaucoma Specialist and does not remove "skin tags" and I know that because my mom had to see another doctor for skin tag removal. Unfortunately, wait times cannot always avoided and may vary depending on your appointment due to the need for dilation (which takes 20-30 mins), preparation for procedures that may be required, paperwork processing if there have been changes since your last visit, sick patients, emergencies, or children that need extra TLC. I know this from experience, having spent many years in the medical field myself, having a mom with cataracts and glaucoma and also by being a patient. Dr. Berman and his staff provide me with the best care. I am also aware that they try to provide this care to everyone, which yes, may make my wait time longer, but I schedule my appointment accordingly, bring a book, and I am happy to do so!!

I went to Dr Berman to have some skin tags removed from my eyelids. Unfortunately, it took two appointments, and they made me wait +1hour to have this quick surgery. I had to go to the desk twice to inquire about my appointment. This was at the Roswell location; however, the surgey was quick, and I am satiswfied with the results.
