Dr Mark Shaffer is a world class doctor. My experience with his office was a good one. He found out why my feet hurt so much...was able to help me with that and a nail fungus. He is a wonderful person. Once I took my son to get his orthopedics checked. He fixed them and didn't charge me. I made sure when I had problems with my feet that I went to see Dr. Shaffer

This doctor is a complete foot and ankle doctor. Its my opinion, if you use this doctor, you will need a second opinion.

Im sure hes great for in-grown nails, bunions, hammertoes, warts, cysts, sprains and fractured ankles. Even sports related injuries.

Nevertheless, when visiting the Dr. for all over foot pain, he gave medication for the head, instead of the foot. He explained that your nerve endings all connect to your spine, which triggers nerves to your brain.

The side effects from the medication were severe dizziness, extremely foggy thinking, and horrible headaches. All very dangerous occurrences if you work in construction or anyone who has to be alert at all times to safely run their job. The medication didnt help either.

This is not a doctor I will visit again. Nevertheless, you should choose for yourself.
