would not recommend. I told the counsoler about my ins and she said that it covers their services. I asked her on several occasions if my ins went through, she said that it was not a problem. I know that I should have not taken her word, but I feel frustrated by the way that she handled it. I got a large bill for severak visits charged at $135 for 45 min. session. Just really frustrated by the way that it was handled. Would not recommend!

I never would have guessed that going to counseling could accomplish what I was able to do working with Dr. Georgia Bichekas. I was suffering from anxiety and depression as well as fibromyalgia and convinced that I would spend the rest of my life that way. I wasn't planning on going to counseling but a friend recommended Georgia and the Adlerian Center because she had heard that Georgia specialized in what I had. I figured it wouldn't hurt to go one time. Well I got more hope and more information about what was happening to me and what I could do about it than in all the time up to then. She taught me about supplements to take and things about nutrition and how to manage my anxiety and depression until we could finish the work of getting rid of them.

I was even able to find a massage therapist right there who knew about specialized massage for fibromyalgia. Even though the pain is gone I won't miss my appointments with Colene. They are a big part of my self-care program that keeps me from getting back to where I was.

Thank you Georgia and Colene!
