If you ever have this misfortune of having to use an urgent care center, please do not go here. Both myself and my baby girl had an accident and needed to be seen. They would not even look at my baby until my husband came back with the insurance card. The receptionist was rude both checking in, and checking out. The doctor was quick to see us, and after prescribing a medication that made my stomach upset, after 3 phone calls, 5 hours later finally someone got back to me to tell me there was nothing they could do.

We went to Clayton Urgent Care on a Saturday morning when my son woke up with pink eye. We chose them because they were open and they accept our health insurance.

I was pleasantly surprised that, although there were several other people in the waiting area, things progressed pretty quickly and we only had to wait about 10 minutes. The nurse was very friendly and did a good job getting my 2.5 year old to cooperate as she did all the preliminary stuff. The doctor was great! He was very patient, friendly, and professional. He did a fantastic job engaging my son and explaining what each tool was for so that he could do a thorough check-up without my son freaking out. And he was patient and calm when my son started to cry and get uncooperative.

I would definitely go back and am so thankful they were there when I doctor's office was closed.
