Dr. Chappell was terrible! This is my third pregnancy and I asked her questions concerning doing a water birth? I have heard of them and was curious to know what a professional opinion would be. She said " water birth is disgusting...I love my career, but not to that point." She was extremely rude and conducted my first appointment with her in a small exam room. The whole office is a assembly line, all you here is "next, next" no personal interaction. Very sad to see a doctor treat you like a paycheck. I would avoid this practice at all cost.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chappell for almost 9 years. She is amazing! I saw her for gyn issues/check ups before I had children and also she took care of me during both my pregnancies. You can tell Dr. Chappell loves her profession. She is easy to talk to (about anything!) and she listens with a caring ear. She truly cares about her patients. I am so happy I chose Dr. Chappell.
Also, her office is very nice and her staff is very friendly and professional.

Dr. Chappell is the best! I have been seeing her for 7 years and I will never see anyone else! She knows what she is talking about and give you all the information you need. She makes you feel so comfortable. I'm not sure who wrote the bad reviews but they are wrong! Dr. Chappell is wonderful and I highly reccomend her.

To be honest, I wasn't happy with my visit, I feel I was rushed, and you can't talk to her in her office after you get examined...She gave me my papers in the hallway..I had to squeeze my mind in the examination room to ask her anything ,cause no see after that (except for the hallway)!

Very nice practice,I use to work on a OB floor in a very busy hospital,so I know quality care. Mostly all of the proficient OB's are retired in Atlanta,So this is the best you are going to get.Actually she was the only M.D. ever to mail me a thank you card for coming to her practice, Keep up the good work,I would recommend her to anyone.

She did a great job on my c-section, also the follow-up Essure birth control procedure. This was my first and only child and I was extremely pleased with her and the rest of the people at OB-GYN ASSOC.

I recommend them to everyone!

My ob/gyn for my first pregnancy stopped delivering after I had my first baby. Therefore, last year when I was going to start TTC I started to "shop" around for a new ob/gyn. One of the doctors that I saw was Mary Chappel, she was nice but very rushed and sort of dismissed what I was saying, definitely didn't listen. I was kind of disheartened by the whole process by the time I saw her so I decided to stay with her. Well I found out with her that I had skipped ovulation that month. When the nurse called to tell she said that if I skipped again the next month they would probably put me on chlomid. About a month later I had the last appointment of the ob/gyn's that I wanted to meet. I went to Dr. Elizabeth Taghetchian and explained everything to her like I had done about 3-4 times prior. Feeling like it was all in my head because of the other doctors reaction. Well Dr. Tag wanted to do an extra test to rule everything out. As it turned out I had a polyp that took up the space of my womb. It was so large they couldn't see inside of my endometrium. There was no way I was going to get pregnant because the embryo didn't have a place to attach! Six months later I am 2.5 months pregnant and did not need chlomid or any other assistance!

I decided to go to Ob-Gyn Assoc. when I became pregnant with my first child. This is an extremely large practice and typically you will be rotated between the doctors and midwives. Unfortunately, I wanted a personal one on one realtionship with my doctor which was difficult to get at such a large practice.

Since this was my first baby, I really was looking for a close relationship with my doctor and guidance. Also, I wanted my doctor to deliver my baby, after all that's why I was selective in choosing a doctor. At this practice, the midwives typically deliver the babies or one of the other doctors that may be on call at time of delivery.

My visits were typically interrupted or rushed because they are just so big and have so many patients.

The staff was very nice but if you are looking for an intimate relationship with your doctor this place just may not be the right decision.

We used ob gyn assoc. for our first baby. Everyone there is professional and knowledgeable. We drove to marietta because we could not find anyone in atlanta that we would be comfortable with and i am so glad we went here. They have a great group of doctors and staff.

OB GYN Associates is a wonderful practice that makes you feel so comfortable. The Obstetricians and Gynecologists are the best around. They are all so understanding and helpful with any questions you may have. The office is decorated with a "country home" type of decorations that make the office seem warm and inviting! The midwives are very helpful and friendly as well! Parking isn't the greatest but that wouldn't stop me from recommending this practice. I highly recommend OBGYN Associates!

I have been going to this doctors office for over 6 years I would recommend anyone to this office. They have the friendliest staff, the best doctors that listen to everything you have to say and everything that is wrong with you. They will not operate unless it is absolutely needed. The Doctors give the best advice on what is wrong or the situation. I will never go to another Ob/Gyn until I no longer have to.
