.

I went to this dentist because my girlfriend recommended me. She had a common problem with her wisdom tooth. I went because of the same issue, only to find out that mine was a little more complicated. The doctor was courteous and seemed to know what the issue was in general, but just could not help me. The problem at that practice is not the Dentist, it is the staff. They are slow, and not that bright. The dental hygienist that originally took my X Ray had to take it 4 or 5 times and still got horrible shots. I asked for the X Ray photos to go and see an oral surgeon, but the dental hygienist acted like I was asking for their patient list or something. The dental hygienist said that they could not send me an email of the X Ray because it was private information in my dental file. I reminded her that it was my file so she said she would send it, did not, I called again and she said she would send it, still did not, and then finally I called and told her that I paid for them and that if she did not send it, I would cancel the payment on my credit card. I got the X Ray with in 15 minutes emailed to me. After that I called in for a refill on my Antibiotics, not pain killer on Antibiotics. She said well you need to come in and schedule an appointment with the doctor, etc etc... I know that it is a new practice, and that they may need revenue, but trying to get people in there unnecessarily and charging for it is not the correct way to have repeat patients. I will never go back there or refer anyone there. That is a shame because again, the Dentist herself was not bad, well at least from the brief 9 minutes that we spoke she was not. Her staff was not very smart, or knowledgeable.

$2000 for one root canal, you be the judge. I doubt that any real dentistry goes on here
just high priced teeth cleaning and x rays, sounds like a scam operation in my opinion.
what happened to the good ole days when you could actually get a toothache taken care of
without having your tooth held hostage for a ridiculous amount of cash.

All I know is I seen this dentist with a fantastic amount of tooth pain and left with a fantastic
amount of tooth pain!. Dentist like this who work for the big insurance oligarchy and show
little concern for the working man is just wrong in my opinion.

I guess there is no more compassion for someone with tooth pain..eh doc? just GREED.

Thumbs down for this one.
