Hmmm... I have ben to this location on a couple of different occasions and really have never had a "bad" massage, there is def some of them that are better in areas then others.. I look for a real hard pressure when im getting mine done, and the massaueses skill and little techniques they go in with.. That being said, I went in about a month ago and got a massage from a lady named Laura... she wass by farrrrr the best ive experienced.. And even jokingly said at the end of the session "So, your going to come back to me everytime, right?" and I was going to.. The next time around I requested her.... I was told I would get her, Then got to location, and saw her walk right out before my scheduled time!! Its like she was going to lunch.. Idk what happened.. Maybe the ladies at the front desk messed up or something...? Ill have to ask next time I go in, and ill report back to on it.. either way... that made it feel pretty uncomfortable then going in with my other massuase, whom I didnt request.. I dont think I pissed her off, or gave a bad tip to the one I requested..? Either way.. it kinda made me not go back there yet since then.. Ive ben going to the one up off Litchfield now and the last massause I didnt even get a name from cause yeah... she wasnt that good in my opinion.. she told me shes always going to school to focus on getting education in different fields and kind of be a jack of all trades, but amongst these trades.. Massages didnt seem to be her thing.. However I will say she did surprisingly give the best leg massage ive ever had...? weird i know.. but hey... You guys should also leave the names of people that are good, not just say they give good massages lol.. It would help people know whos good n not good.. Out of therapists ive experienced here..In this order
1. Laura-very skilled, and awesome pressure... she had this weird trick she used where she kinda pulled at your skin and made it feel all energized n tingly... it left me feelin like i was on drugs leaving the place...
2. Dayanna- she has by far the hardest pressure ive experienced there... which is good for me cause ive had it where I can barely feel it when they are really "working" on my back...she uses more elbow kind of approach, which some dont like but i think is good for the field of nasty knots I have...
3. Brittany- She was the first massage therapist i ever had here, she wasnt bad at all in how she kind of goes in easy at first then lays it on you hard.... I lovvvved my massage from her too... I dont know why I havent requested her in a minute, but she was definitely not bad...
As far as staff.. ehh... They are pretty and friendly.. I havent ever had them try to sell me on anything, except the membership... lol

Professional chain and a safe pick with so many independent massage therapists advertising their services. Much relies on the quality of your therapist, so if you select them try different ones until you find the best match.

It was ok. Not bad, but not great. The massage therapist I had seemed like she had just gotten out of school and was just going through the motions. But this is a chain, and I guess that is to be expected.

Although I have no complaints whatsoever about the massages or therapists, this location hires nothing but airheaded teenyboppers. Reception and front girls seemed to have no idea what they were doing ON REPEATED OCCASIONS. I was also signed up to auto-renew w/ out my consent. This was annoying but I decided to make the best of it and use up the massages I had unknowingly been accruing only to be hassled that "I had never been auto-renewed." My bank statements say otherwise. I am sending them to manager for review. I cannot wait to not have the hassle of this anymore.

I've been here a couple of times and I have to say it's ok and you're taking a chance. Some of the Massage therapists are great and some are less than satisfactory. It??s clean which is nice, but the Front desk crew is very unprofessional and somewhat apathetic. They have a high turn over rate for the therapist so as soon as you find a good one they are gone. They have overbooked some of my favorite therapist and I??ve had to change my time or get a different therapist. The Manager never seems apologetic about the mistakes the people in the front seem to make and they don't seem worried about it. They try to sell you on a membership which I felt pressured to get. My therapist informed me you can still get a discount if you want to be considered a valued guest instead of getting the membership which doesn't save you too much more than the membership. I don't know why they don't offer this at the front desk? I have stopped going to this location and started going to the one located in Scottsdale. The staff is much more friendly here. You get all the benefits of Massage Envy without the pain and problems of the Camelback location.

This place is great - a very professional chain of massage parlors at reasonable prices. The interior and exterior are very clean and well kept up and the office is extremely professional looking. The staff is friendly and attentive and the people who massage are wonderful. They make you feel completely at ease and truly do relax you and make you feel like a queen! The gift certificates make GREAT holiday gifts, too. This place is worth a visit!
