I conduct therapy in an active, collaborative manner, working together with you to design the best treatment plan to address your needs and goals. I use short term, goal-oriented strategies as well as longer term, insight oriented approaches. My training is broad based and includes behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, systemic, and psychodynamic theories and techniques.
