That lady sue is ABSOLUTLEY CRAZY about what she is saying about the doctors. I have been a patient here for a long and now take my own kids here that lady SUE P needs to get a life and stop harassing that office.

The lady (sue P) that wrote the above comment is completly crazy about how Dr.fred is only going to say allergies ? This is ridicoulas. Obviously "SUE" has a vendatta against this office. Just because some one calls you to ask about a bill that is not being paid? They arent going to make something like that up. All you had to do was say that the office made a copy and that is all.Offices do make mistakes but the mistake was caught . And I am sure a apology was made but this lady is too ignorant to hear . And let me explain so you dont think that this office is how she described.

Dr.fred is wonderful and tries to spend as much time as he can with each person that is why he might go run to another room real quick so he can try to see everyone in a timely manner. Some people take longer then others. And about the physical form I am sure that if you harass a Dr.s Office long enough then they are not going to try to get into anymore conflict so it is there right to refer you back to the insurance company.

Let me ask you sue do you enjoy harassing dr.s offices. Because you know that your dr.s office can also file a grievance against you.

I can go on and on regarding this center, making you wait for no reason. Simple physical exam will take 3 hours and many things. Doctor will do half exam, will leave the patient half way and go to another patient without any reason. Patients come after you, they have appointment after you will be seen before you. Many things....

BTW, Dr. Fred Mansubi will have only one answer for any of your question. I asked about my elder daughter, who gets nose bleeds, he said allergies; my younger daughter had shortness of breath, he said again allergies. Then I asked about my hurting elbow, again he said allergies. I couldn't believe what he was saying, for everything is allergies? He is allergy specialist, so he cannot think anything beyond.

After couple of months I got a call stating that you never paid the bill and I told the receptionist that you had taken copies of my card 3 times, but still she denied. Finally I faxed her the charge statement, then she agreed; but after that not even a word of sorry. She told me, hey everyone makes mistake, I made a mistake, so what a big deal? Ya, you made a mistake of accusing your patient that the patient didn't pay and patient was explaining that you took copies 3 times and still you kept on telling patient that patient didn't pay.

This is the latest, here you go:

We had done physical exam at this facility on March 6th, 2009.

In the first week of Feb 2010, my daughter wanted to join sports team for which they need the physical records.

I called this doctor's facility for 1 week for physical exam records and after a week they told me that they don't have physical exam records for my elder daughter, they told me that they had sent records to my insurance company.

I called the insurance company on Feb 15th, 2010; but they were closed. So I called again on Feb 16th, 2010. The insurance company told me that they never received the medical records of my daughter, the only thing they received is the bill.

The doctor's office told me not to call their facility for medical records since they sent to insurance company. I called office again on Feb 16th, 2010 and they again told me that they don't have the medical records, they released to insurance company.

My daughter's career is suffering because of this medical facility. I need this facility to be closed ASAP, so that no other patient will suffer like my daughter.

Dr. Mary Mansubi is one of the best doctors that I have seen. She pays close attention to ine and my childrens needs and I would reccomend her to anybody. The staff that works there with her is also just as helpful doing everything they can to make it a pleaseant expieriance.
