Kristina Fraser is the best doctor! I have gone to her for years - traveling 45 minutes each way because of the wonderful experience I have with her and her office staff. She has always treated me with such generousity and professionalism. There are many times she made me feel like a part of her family or close friend other than her patient. She is always interested in every aspect of my life on top of my health which makes me feel very comfortable to be under care. I trusted Dr Fraser with my complicated and demanding pregnancy and not once did I question her and her abilty to make sure my son and myself were in good arms. I would recommend Dr fraser to anyone and everyone!

I have never had a worse experience with a Dr. and a practice than I did with Dr. Fraser. Here are some examples:
1. Nobody EVER called me with my blood test results. I always had to call them. My 1st Trimester Screen results were such that I ended up needing an amnio but I wouldn't have known that had I not called her. She said she tried to call me but I got no message and no follow-up. Had I not called her, she would've waited until my next appointment to tell me that I had a very high risk of Down's and should have an amnio.
This happened with my first blood test as well measuring my thyroid level. I again had to call them to get results instead of them calling me.
2. With my first baby, my Dr. did a pap smear on my first appointment as part of my prenatal care. With Dr. Fraser, I had to ask 3 times if she was going to do it. Then they actually billed me for this as a separate appointment considering it a well woman exam and not part of pre-natal care. After I switched practices, my new Dr. said it is always part of routine prenatal care adn should never be billed separately.
3. The office staff was not professional at all and they have no answering system so if you want to leave a message for the Dr., you have to wait on hold for 10 minutes until someone from the office picks up the phone and writes down your message. So no privacy whatsoever.
Overall, I didn't feel like Dr. Fraser spent enough time with us, had terrible follow-up with test results, and wasn't comfortable managing my thyroid medication even though changing thyroid levels are very common in pregnancy. After 3 appointments, I switched practices and am very happy with my new Dr.
