ABSOLUTLEY hands down the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a doctor and his office staff. My eye exam was January 20th and its now February 11th and I still do not have contacts. I just today got my Rx which was WRONG after calling multiple times. Incredibly frustrating to not get returned calls or updates. It should not take nearly a month to get a contact lens prescription. I would never ever suggest this office to anyone. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Who conducts a business like this?

Dr. Brosman is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had to wait 2 weeks before I could be seen by Dr. Brosman. When I called to schedule my appt. Dr. Brosman picked up his own phone and scheduled me. He asked me a ton of questions that I would never know the answer to, like when I told him I had astigmatism he said "do you know what your astigmatism rating number is" or something like that. I don' t know, why don't you just find out when you examine me??

I showed up 30 minutes early for my 9AM appt. I didn't realize the office didn't open until 9, so I waited by myself. At 8:45, an elderly couple showed up. The receptionist came 5 or 10 mins. after that and let us in. She got me started on my new patient paperwork. The woman from the couple and I learned that we were both booked for 9AM appts. with Dr. Brosman.

After submitting my paperwork to the receptionist, I waited for Dr. Brosman. And waited, and waited, and WAITED. At 9:10, the receptionist called Dr. Brosman to see where he was. When she hung up, she said "he's stuck in traffic on 95 and will be here in about 10 minutes." The elderly woman asked when she would be seen because we were booked for the same time slot. The receptionist said "yeah you're routine and easy, let me get you started now." She took the old woman back into a room and began getting info from her. This ticks me off because I was already late for work (that old woman is probably RETIRED and had nothing else to do that day), and Dr. Brosman was LATE so I would have to WAIT for him to show up and then WAIT MORE for him to finish the old woman's exam BEFORE I would even be SEEN by the doctor.

By 9:30, the receptionist was extremely apologetic to me trying to find something to say to me. She was really nice and offered me all types of magazines to keep me occupied. It's just a shame she works for an unprofessional doctor.

By 9:40, (40 minutes after my scheduled appt), Dr. Brosman STILL hadn't shown up. I was tired of waiting for him and I couldn't delay getting to work any longer, so I walked out of the office and walked out on my appt. It must have been a really great party he attended on Sunday night for him to be unable to show up to work Monday by 9:40AM.

I have been waiting for a phone call or letter of apology from Dr. Brosman for his rude and unprofessional behavior since my appointment on October 25. Today is November 17. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt before leaving him a bad review, but he doesn't seem to care about making this situation right. Obviously Dr. Brosman has soooo many patients that he doesn't care about taking steps to keep me as a patient or apologize for his behavior.

DO NOT make an early AM appt. to see Dr. Brosman, HE WILL NOT SHOW UP!!
