The receptionist who happens to be the doctor's wife, was VERY rude to not only me but everyone i overheard her dealing with via the phone and all the other patients waiting in the room with me. My boyfriend who waited for me in the "lobby", if you would call it that, the inside of this place looks like a dirty garage, no joke....he heard the receptionist turn away a patient for being 10 minutes late, who needed her stitches removed, the receptionist said "too bad, youre late, we cant take you, and we are going to Florida, so it will be awhile before you get another chance." I talked to JR Pharmacy and the Pharmacists, said they cant stand dealing with her because she has such a bad attitude. I had to call back to the office for a refill on my medication and she acted like she did not want to be bothered, after she told me she would call the refill in, i asked politely how long would it be, and she said "I dont know, it will take me a bit", and hung up on me, without a goodbye or "is there anything else i can do for you". I stood at her desk for ten minutes while she was literally gossiping with one of the dentist assistants. It gets worse, I went back in to get my stitches removed and the doctor kept jabbing me with his cheap pair of scissors, in the gums, saying to me "you would think a 60 dollar pair of scissors could cut a little string". Yea, you would think. You would also think that by me saying "ouch" over and over again, he would be more careful. Then finally the doctor inserted a medicine packet, which while doing so, I asked what it was, and neither him or the assistant could give me an answer. He then told me to take it myself with tweezers in 48 hours, since he wouldnt be in the office, because he was going to Florida. My boyfriend said his dentists, scheduled an appointment for him to come back in and take it out for him, when he had his removed. I would NOT recommend Dr. Deady. Not if you want a professional and pleasant experience.

I am so glad I went to Dr. Deady. He and his staff are very friendly. He had my wisdom tooth removed, with no pain, within 5 minutes. He also provided me with medicine to prevent/reduce swelling and pain. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

I've had a wisdom tooth cut out and a back molar removed, and my husband has had several procedures with Dr. Deady as well. All were as painless as possible, his office staff are friendly and helpful, and he did an excellent job with no complications afterward. His aftercare instructions are clear, and he is easy to trust. No fearing Dr. Deady--he's the man!
