Always a long wait for an appointment. If you are late, however, even if by 5 minutes, they cancel your appointment and you cannot get fit in even if they haven't reached the time when you would have been called back. Front desk personnel, and office manager, are not friendly at all. Office manager behaves as if your business is not appreciated, and if you left, she could care less. If it wasn't for Dr. Drury's great service and willingness to discuss concerns, I would have left years ago. I even have to drive 30+ minutes to get to the office. Be careful, ever since Anasazi Internal Medicine was bought out by the current company, if you set an appointment for your free annual check up/physical, if you ask even one question, they list the visit as Diagnostic and you are charged and do not get the free annual visit your insurance company entitles you to. So if you live close by, make an entirely separate visit for the free checkup, and another for any questions or specifics. That way you benefit from the free check up visit.
They have a TV in the waiting room, but it's not always on. Pointless. It was nice when there was a blood lab/draw in the office, but now it is done by an outside company in the same building.

Office staff books one appointment on top of another and the wait times are in excess of 45 minutes on average. The physicians assistants never pick up a phone so they are impossible to reach and you end up playing phone-tag for weeks. There is no service for automated lab results so you have to talk to the assistant. The office is poorly run but the physicians are good.

My husband and I both see Dr. Drury. Sometimes the office gets behind schedule and there is a wait, but we are very pleased with the quality of care we get from Dr. Drury. He's patient, thorough and attentive to his patients. A nice office and friendly staff too!
