I would COMPLETELY agree with what everyone else said. Michelle is extremely rude and acts as if us being there is an inconvience to her. She would rather sit in the back talking to whomever than come to the front and acknowledge you as a customer.

I have waited for over an hour for my appt at times. I NEVER receive a confirmation call from them and more times than not when I show up for an appt they wait about 30 minutes to tell me they have to reschedule my appt. Only once has my appt gone as scheduled and it was still 15 min behind. When an appt is made they never have time for you for at least 3-4 weeks out. I have not had any issues with Dr. Jones himself, just his front office staff. I do plan to change dentists due to the issues I have had.

Do yourself a favor and find someone else to work on your mouth. Wish I could give them 0 or negative stars.

Front office person (Michele) is very rude; prices are 2-3 times more expensive than with other dentists in area, you never get any meaningful communication on services provided. Very old equipment. Nobody cares about your comfort. It??s hard to get appointment, as they work only 2 times a week, and you have to wait for 1-1.5 hours before they see you. They care only about charging money; they don??t want to save your teeth and try to extract ones that any other dentist in area will fix. They try to sell you prescription medications directly, 4 times expensive than in pharmacy. Complex (means expensive) services are done in some other office which is different legal entity and your insurance will not pay.
I can??t tell you who is the best dental provider in the area, but you now know who is worst.

Everyone in the office was polite to me. I am afraid of going to the dentist and they made me feel comfortable.

I went to Dr Jones office after trying to get in and others would not take me or they wanted me to pay up front. Dr Jones honored my insurance and treated me that day. I am grateful.

I was a very nervous patient. When I called the office they put me in immediately that day. Everyone was very helpful and they helped me locate my insurance information because I did not have a clue about that. I made a follow-up appointment later in the week. Now, all of my family is going there.

I loved this office. I needed help and the office got me right in. The assistant consoled me and then Dr Jones came in and was kind and got me out of pain. I am recommending this office to all of my friends.

I have never waited less than an hour for an appointment, no matter how close to appointment time I arrive. The receptionist is the rudest "professional" I have ever dealt with! Asking her a simple question often elicits the response "I don't know why you're taking a tone with me." I initially went because I had a huge hole in my tooth. The dentist took a look, said "No signs of decay," and tried to send me home. His hygienist had to point out the hole, which has since required a root canal/crown. I am more than thrilled to say that I will *never* step foot in that office again!!

I wouldn't even know where to begin with this guy. My fiance went to this guy about 2 days ago because he was in excruciating pain....he recently had a root canal there about a week or so ago. He made my fiance wait in his lobby for over an hour 1/2 and spent 5 min. with him and simply said, I don't know what's wrong with you and referred him to a specialist. He let him leave the office and didn't prescribe a thing for a possible infection or pain until he called back and demanded something. He was in so much pain today that he managed to get an appt. with another dentist and it turns out that he needed ANOTHER root canal and had a horrible infection!! This "dentist" took no time what-so-ever to try to figure out his problem and it took another COMPETENT dentist to solve what was going on. Dr. Jones isn't qualified to clean someone's teeth and shouldn't be allowed to practice dentistry.

And the comments from earlier are 100% accurate. The staff there is RUDE and the service there is the worst.

I normally don't take the time to write reviews...but I am so completely disgusted with the way my fiance has been treated by this dentist and his staff that I felt people needed to be warned about this guy.

I went here for a regular cleaning and they insisted on doing a full set of x-rays and wouldn't clean my teeth without a set, even though my recent x-rays were only a year old and I have no dental issues. My father is a dentist (but lives too far away to clean my teeth regularly) and he confirms what the American Dental Association says - that the MOST often an adult with no dental problems needs x-rays is every 3 years. Any more and you're exposed to needless radiation which causes cancer. Apparently, the driving force behind this "necessary" x-ray was the money they get from insurance. No consideration at all for the patient's health.

The office is old and the equipment looks like it's from the 70's with no recent updates/improvements. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I would only recommend this place to an enemy.

The customer service here at the front desk is horrible. They do not greet when you walk in. They are not friendly at all. The act as if you are charging them to speak, when you are giving them business. They do not know how to treat their clients. Especially the huge lady, I believe her name is Michelle, who is supposed to be the office manager. There are way to many dental offices in the area for you to have to put up with this one. The dentist are ok, it is just the lady at the front desk. Ewe!!!!!!!!!

Pros: I feel for Dr Jones, he is actually a good dentist, but no one wants to see him if they have to go through all that mess at the front desk. Just down right unprofessional.

Cons: The office manager is horribly rude.

Don't go here the woman at the reception are rude and obnoxious. She is billed me for something that was covered by my insurance even though i told her to check, she refused to and said they never cover it.

Their office is OLD and they use ancient equipment. Service is horrible. I dont know how they are still in business. The doctor was horrible too and said they didnt have enough time so they were going to charge me for a temp fillingwhen the insurance covers the permanent one .

No one can believe that this happened but it did. The first indicator of the poor service was when I was taken to the back, put in the chair and the assistant came in and said that my chart was mixed up with the patient next door. I should have ran out but I was in too much pain from a cracked tooth. I was given antibiotics and painkillers and scheduled for the tooth to be pulled. However, what I did not understand was how I told them on at least 5 occasions that I have dental anxiety and it seemed to just go over their heads. That was very unusual given the point that his website makes such a big deal about caring for the patient and sedation and making sure that you are treated well.

My appointment time was for 11:20 and I know dentists run late but I did not get taken into the back until 1:00! Then when I did get back there they left me for another half hour with the door open hearing all of the sounds of the office (not good for someone with anxiety). To make a long story short, Dr. Jones comes in to pull my tooth and is conducting an INTERVIEW at the same time! I guess someone who wanted a job stopped by and he spoke to her the whole time while he was pulling my tooth. He didn't even look at me! If he was he would have noticed (like his assistant) that there were tears streaming down my face. When he finally pulled the tooth out (after snapping at me that "pressure is not the same feeling as pain") he did not even say a word to me. He just stood up, took off his mask and walked out of the room talking to the potential applicant. 10 minutes later I was in my car crying hysterically.

When does a dentist cross the line from being compassionate and sympathetic to being able to pull a tooth out of a crying woman's mouth without even looking her in the eyes? The only recommendation I can make of this dentist... I would recommend you find another one before putting your trust in him and your money in his wallet.
