UNPROFESSIONAL. Michele take the time to go to medical school. You are NOT a doctor. She lets her ego get in the way and at times is extremely rude, short, and nasty. She allowed a brand new nurse practitioner student to see her patients-UNSUPERVISED. When I asked that Michele come in to the exam room she was furious!! She came to the door and told me I was seeing the student that day and she would answer my questions. The nursing student was brand new to a FNP program and had the equivalent amount of health care knowledge as I did. I asked her a question she had no answer for and she went and asked Michele. Michele came in the room-raised her voice to me and told me they were unable to help me. Sounds like double dipping to me. Dont waste your time. The frustration of dealing with her incompetent staff in addition to her short fuse will just add to the stress of your health issues. MANY better options out there.

Run from Ms. Peters and book an appointment with a real doctor. She lets ego get in the way of her practice. Doesn't like it if you go to another doctor for a second opinion. In fact she'll refuse to see you if you have. Very unprofessional. I've never seen anything like it. Neurologist are scarce in this area, but there are two; one in Flagstaff and one in Cottonwood. If you can't get in to see either, make the two hour trip to Barrow in Phoenix. You deserve the best. She is not.

Michelle Peters, FNP is a good care provider. Her office manager, Rachel, was very helpful when I called to schedule an appointment and I was able to get an appointment that week. I had quite a wait when I got to the office, almost 2 hours past my appointment time, but Michelle spent well over an hour with my husband and I, going over my health history, medications, symptoms and expectations. The follow up by her office staff can be improved upon however.
