Terribly rude, and me writing my experience with her and her staff would echo all these other reviews. I was literally left in TEARS after she called, scolding me, about treating her staff rudely when they had been nothing but rude to me from day one. Don't go here, find a different doctor.

Please learn from my mistake. When I began to see Dr. Campbell, I was ecstatic. I thought, wow...I found the perfect doctor. I didn't mind that her staff wasn't the friendliest of staffs because when you like your doctor you overlook it. But on one occasion I happened to be rude to both the nurse and the receptionist (her mother). I felt horrible so I apologized. Then when I called to reschedule I was told that Dr. Campbell suggested that I see another physician. I was taken back...I thought there is no way that a dr. is that unprofessional. My initial reaction was that my apology was not forwarded. So, I went and apologized in person and asked Dr. Campbell to reconsider taking me on as a patient. I received a phone call this morning. The phone call asked for me, then said The dr received your request and said NO...click. Nothing more. This office is poorly run and will ruin a good dr.'s reputation.
Good luck to her...she will need it.

It is very unfortunate that this doctor's success will suffer due to her alligence to her staff. Maybe one day she'll read these postings and consider its effect on her practice. I have no serious bad experience to report of from my dealing with Dr. Campbell. As a matter of fact, I liked her a lot. However, it was particularly noticeable that her less than professional office staff (i.e. yes, you are obligated to smile and greet a new patient warmly) need etiquette/business acumen training and speak to us in complete sentences regardless of the day they are having. For me, they did leave a strong negative first impression.

My purpose in writing this review is to warn folks to pay attention to these small details. They matter!! I have chosen not to patron Dr. Campbell because I do not want to wait for an incident and have to pay the cost and have negative repurcussion due to any dealing with her rude, unprofessional family members in her employ. Folks, it is ALWAYS better to be safe than sorry...

Unfortunately I had similar bad experience as other reviewers. Dr Campbell is a good doctor in many aspects which is why I tried to tolerate the rudeness of her office staff. Since I was aware that they were both family members I never said anything to her about my feelings. I called the office this week and left a message asking her to contact me. My daughter (her patient) was hospitalized for asthma and was not doing well. I thought she would want to know. I was disappointed when she did not call me back. 2 days later I had not heard from her so I called the office again and asked if she had received my message. Her sister became defensive and argumentative. At this point I had been without sleep for 2 days. I rose my voice and told her not to bother calling me back. I regret losing my cool but anyone who has dealt with her office staff can understand it. (read the other reviews). Later that evening Dr Campbell called me back. I was at the hospital still. She did not
listen to my version of the incident nor did she inquire about my daughter. She did lecture me on my behavior and told me to find another doctor. I had already planned to do that. I am also going to write to Tricare to register my dissatisfaction with this provider. I agree with the other review written that Dr Campbells practice will suffer if this continues. I am sorry this whole incident happened but it is better for my family to find a doctor and practice that we can communicate with. I am sadly disappointed.

The doctor is great, but the office staff is truly unproffessional and disrespectul.

After my CT test results were sent to the office, I received a letter asking me to schedule an appointment at my earliest convienence.

I called the next day, asking if I could scheduled my appt and pay for the visit as usual, but was it possible to speak with the Doctor over the phone, instead of face-to-face. I was told no, the Doctor is too busy to speak with you. After I questioned why would that be the case, I was told to find another Doctor. The receptionist refused to schedule me for a regular face-to-face appointment. In addition to this, the receptionist refused to let me speak with the Doctor.

I found another Doctor the same day, and had my record release form faxed to Dr. Michelle's office. Three days passed, and my new Doctor never received the documents.

I called Dr. Michelle's office to arrange for pick-up of forms. The
receptionist told me she was busy, and that I would have to wait
until they had time. I explained to the receptionist, that I had a pending Doctor's visit elsewhere for the CT Result ... same response.

I decided to go to the office in person to continue the conversation. When I arrived, they had the CT results waiting for me. I was then
told that the remainder of my records will be sent later, along with the bill.

Hmmm... If they told me to find another Doctor, why am I being charged for my records to be released?

Dr. Michelle Campbell is professional. The two office clerks (her
mother and sister) are totally unproffessional and they truly are a
disservice to Dr. Michelle. Lesson to be learned: Good Doctor,
but Customer Service is horrendous. Sadly, I don't even think Dr.
Michelle Campbell is aware of the hostile environment and poor
customer service created by her office staff. I sincerely wish
Dr. Campbell the best of luck.

When my husband and I first started seeing Dr. Campbell everything went great. She was very professional, easy to talk to and understanding. Although as time went on, I became more annoyed and frustrated with her office staff. It is very difficult to talk with them about anything, from making appointments, calling for test results, or simply asking to speak with Dr. Campbell. The major event that made me decide to find another primary Md was that I had a test done early in the morning, two hours later Dr. Campbell called me and left a voice mail stating that there was an abnormality and I would need to see a surgeon, and left it at that. In a panic I called the office to get more information. The staff member that answered the phone was so incredibly unprofessional and rude that I had to make sure this was actually my doctors office that i was talking to. When I asked to speak with Dr. Campbell, the secretary stated "well if she left you a message what else do you need to know, why do you need to talk to her" after explaining my concerns and explaining i did not mind holding for the doctor knowing that she was most likely busy, she said the doctor was too busy to speak with me and hung up on me. I was very upset not only did I find that i had some unknown medical problem but i would be unable to speak with the doctor. My husband called the office back to explain our concerns and to find out when we would be able to speak with her, the same staff member again would not let us speak to the doctor. Four hours later Dr. Campbell returned the phone call, before this time we had a very good relationship, but on this particular occasion she so unprofessional and rude, it brought me to tears. She spent the entire 4-5 min scolding me like a child rather than explaining the problem that i was having. I will no longer be going to Dr. Campbell, I would not recommend her as a primary doctor, but if you decide to, I hope that you have a better experience than I did.

the woman who answered the phone was the worst receptionist I have ever spoken to, this dr is ruining her practice by having arrogant family members as staff. they rudely dismiss patients and potential patients. when i asked this secretary to have the dr call me back, she haughily asked, "now why would I do that?" I dodged a bullet with this one, imagine if she was my doctor and I needed to talk to her and her family members are making decisions about what messages they will give the doctor! so unprofessional!

Michelle Campbell and her staff were amazing when my family and I first began seeing her. She was always willing to take longer than most doctors would to be sure I understood what was going on with my health and she really seemed to go the extra mile. When I started to have horrible stomach issues on Christmas Day and found out after an ER visit that I needed my gallbladder removed she found a surgeon for me and I had it removed. 2 weeks after this surgery I learned this was not the source of all my pain and vomiting and she started to fall behind. When she was unable to see me her staff rudely told me over and over I needed to go back to the surgeon who was not able to help me at this point, his area of expertise was really just removing body parts and really had no other knowledge of the gallbladder or stomach issues. She then began sending me to Gastroenterologists and still I am in horrible pain and no one can tell me what is wrong. I did feel that Dr. Campbell helped me more than any of the other doctors I was seeing until I called her last week because I was having a lot of strange symptoms that came up overnight. Her office staff loves to "play doctor" and tell me what I should do and when I ask for them to speak to the doctor or get me an appointment I hear nothing back. My husband finally called for me because I was having difficulties breathing and wanted to save my breath. He was able to get me an appointment that afternoon but 15 mins before my appointment I was contacted by her office saying that she would not see me for these issues. When I explained to her staff that I thought this was probably just my Asthma or Bronchitis that she had treated numerous times they said she still would not see me. Normally I would be fine with this except that Dr. Campbell knew that I have horrible trust issues with doctors after having a doctor nearly kill me after my second and fourth daughters were born. I had also had a horrible experiance with the doctor who delivered my first. I have also been to the local ER 6 times since my gallbladder surgery and every doctor has given me the same diagnosis, same medications I am currently taking, and have only made me feel worse. Dr. Campbell knew that I would never step foot in that ER again and told me she understood why I was afraid to go there. Friday I had to request mine and my 4 daughters records from her office as I cannot deal with a doctor sympathizing with me one moment and brushing me off the next. Not to mention my 3 eldest daughters have had serious medical issues in the past and one of them has a heart condition and I feel I need someone I can trust looking after my children's care. The biggest reason why I am upset with what she has done to me is knowing that I am sitting here this morning looking for a new doctor because I have been disoriented and having difficulty breathing and I cannot take care of my children in this condition. But when you have had the experiances I have with doctors it is impossible to find another that you can trust so I will be visiting them blindly and will hope for the best. Dr. Campbell was everything I wanted in a doctor at first and we had found her when she was knew to the area and didn't have many patients and once she got busy all of her wonderful skills went out the window, and the office staff became extremely rude. I should probably also add that the office staff consists of her mother and sister so if I wanted to let the doctor know her staff was rude she probably wouldn't handle it the way most doctors would.
