The board in my room was a bit unorganized it seemed. The nurses and staff were otherwise very timely and the continuity between shifts was well done.

Business Response:

Dear Erin. Thank you for the feedback. We want all patients to have a positive experience with all aspects of their stay in our hospital. We apologize for the clutter you mentioned on your board and want you to know we have addressed the problem and are actively working on a solution. This solution will result in better, more organized boards and also a better facility for our patients. We are renovating previously semi-private rooms to private rooms. During this renovation, we've had to tape all pertinent information to the boards making it 'look' less appealing while still providing needed information for each of the clinical staff and nurses to provide the utmost in care. We appreciate your patience during our makeover and thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Sincerely, Joel R. Saper, M.D., F.A.C.P., F.A.A.N. Founder and Director of MHNI Clinical Professor of Neurology, MSU

I had been going to the clinic for 3 yrs and the results of all my medication changes was quite a rollercoaster as was my reaction to them. They would work for a while then I would get bad again. I think the best thing that happened was my dr left the practise and I was assigned another one. Again we did some medication changes but he recommended that I go into the hospital program. Which I did, had a great result from it and am sad that the other dr didn't suggest it much sooner (like 1 1/2 to 2 years ago). Sandra Strong, Ann Arbor, MI
