Dr. Henriod and his assistant Annie were one of the kindest medical staff I've ever worked with. I appreciated Dr. Henriod's thoroughness with each visit. He has high expectations for his work which I was grateful for. They were so kind and I actually looked forward to my checkups. The procedure to remove part of my gums went very well and I always felt like I was in good hands. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely loved my experience!

First off, I had seen a few horrible and quite appauling periodontists to have a gum graft. Everyone told me different reasons and different solutions to and for my problem. Immediately when I called the office to make an appointment, I was reassured with a kind voice.

Once I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that they had their own parking lot. When I walked in, it completely felt like home. The staff was incredibly helpful and cordial, the waiting area was clean, and I didn't have to wait too long for a consultation.

The surgery went smoothly and Dr. Henriod even called me the next day to make sure everything was okay and to ask if I had any questions. They catered to my every need. I have since visited a hand full of times to check on the wound, take out stitches, concerns of my own and each time I was treated with caring respect. The office staff even remembered me and always asked personal questions about my life.

Dr. Henriod, himself, is awesome. The moment I met him I felt comfortable and at ease. He was deeply concerned about my concerns and my comfort. I was frank with him about my other experiences and he seemed to go out of my way to make me feel even more at home.

Per my dentist recommendation, I made an appointment with Ronald W Miller's office. I called the office, and per my phone conversation with their office admin assistant/receptionist, my first visit to the office would be complimentary. It would be a free visit. So I made an appointment for December 30, 2008. I also brought with me 2 copies of my dental x-ray for one of their doctors to view.
The consultation took 30 minutes total. At the end of the consultation, I was informed that I would be receving a quote from them of the works to be done on my teeth. On the next day, I received a quote via email from their receptionist of $3000. Seeing this price quote, I realized that I could not afford such cost. So I didn't respond to the email at all. Not to mention, I became very busy with my work schedule that I cannot afford to take time off from work to have my teeth done.
Then this week, I received a billing statement from Dr. Miller's office of invocing me $100 for the first visitation on December 30, 2008. I thought it was a complimentary consultation?? At least per my conversation with their receptionist. So now Dr. Ronald W Miller's office decided to charge me for $100, in addition, per their billing statement that my invoice is past due.
That was my first billing statement from them.
In addition, if the first and only visit with them was suppose to be free, then why would they now charge me $100??!!
Ronald W Miller's office lied to me.
So I phoned my dentist immediately and informed her of this unfair billing statement. And I recommended to my dentist to not send any of her patients to Dr. Ronald W Miller's business, which lies to their customers. I am shocked at such unfair and hideous business practice from Ronald Miller's office. And I intend to file a complaint of their business with Better Business Bureau as well as report them to California State Consumer Affairs. They told me that my first visit was complimentary but then they ended up filed claims with my dental insurance company and charged me for the visit. They obviously lied to me. I do not recommend them.

Dr. Miller and his staff were very nice! He did a great job on my gum surgery. They're open early, which allowed me to miss less work.
