What I found with Dr. Miller is his "outstanding" ability to Diagnose a problem with as confusing as making a "Diagnosis"can be with many problems crossing over one another. Yet, he is very good at deciphering what the "root cause" is, not being "thrown off course"which leads me to have Great confidence in his ability. I do have many "medical problems"which only makes Dr.Millers job more difficult, but he seems to "welcome challenges", which I admire. As far as the complaints I've read about "getting medicines", I know as a patient, just reading the news-papers that the DEA(Drug Enforcement Agency), along with the FDA(Food & Drug Agency) are, for the safety of the public, putting many "new restraints" on all Doctors prescribing medicines, especially "controlled substances", which require new methods of "monitoring", such as urine testing. I at first did not understand the "new regulations" but after much research & talking with my Health Care Provider I was assured that all Insurers and Doctors need to be in compliance with the new "Safety Measures"to continue prescribing what a patient needs. I think Dr. Millers practice has under gone many changes but the quality of care I receive has not been worse, nor will it, as both Doctors are aware of every thing that goes on and will continue to give the care to their patients that we have been getting all along.

First of all i would like to say That Dr Miller Is a very good Doctor. thorough covers every inch from head to toe! He does know his stuff and i would recommend him to anyone who needs an honest caring doctor...~He seems to be very good to elderly folks also.I have seen him for almost 2 years and the only major! Complaint i have is his Prescription Renewal It absolutely is the worst system on this Earth..Your supposed to call 24 /48 hrs in advance and then you would assume that one of the nurse`s or receptionist will call you to let you know your prescriptions are ready to be picked up! But NO you must do a dog and pony show jump thru hoops just get thru on the phone and be put on hold or told its pending or its in the other office..this seems a little insane to do this.
The Office manager surely has never managed an office of this size and number of emploees. It is an act of congress to get your scripts on time and at the location close to were you live.I am a very loyal client and its pretty sad to think i will have to find another family doctor to go to because of the lousy prescription system he has. I really am concerned about the elderly aswell.I cant imagine if this were to happen to my Grandma. What would she do? its the pits and needs to addressed.

I take my old lady friend to Dr. Miller and she just loves him.
He knows well how to handle and speak with the elderyl
It is sometimes difficult for her to wait to see the Dr. We know he is busy but we do have a wait in that office.
Also it is hard to get her medicinces refilled on time (when we call) because we need someone to call back or some better system for her to get her meds.
I know he is a busy guy but these people depend on him alot.
