I would like to express my feelings not on the building or all the doctors..for ive only seen a few, my children have been seen by Dr. Poole since they were born..i switched doctors after we moved a lil ways farther than belleview...and i wish i would of never done that!! Dr. Poole is AMAZING. let me begin to say, she cares about the parents, and children, she always made me feel great..even when my children were toddlers and running crazy in the lil room that i sat in for 2-3 hours. She always helped find out what was wrong with my daughter when she was highly allergic to her formula, and even when she was very ill..dr. poole offered her cell phone number for me to call at anytime, which i did. She even called to check on my daughter every 3 hours. SHE IS AMAZING! i could send my husband or my mom with my children with a list of questions..and she would gladly fill them out for me. The wait time is insane i would agree..kinda ridiculous!!!!!!be prepared to be there for atleast 2-3 hours with or without an appt. I wish Dr.Poole would get her own office. The front desk people are rude..and have no consideration for anyone in the lobby. They think they know all things and will argue with you at a drop of a dime. so i will give dr.poole 500 stars...and most of the others 2 stars.

They really were terrible to my grandmother. They almost killed her, bouncing her from doctor to doctor and from test to test. They treated her like they had some other agenda than just getting her better. Eventually she ended up in a hospital where the hospital's doctor just looked over the x-rays and tests my grandma brought in and diagnosed her the cause of her pain in one night. Such a simple solution after she had been begging multiple doctors at Express Care for assistance for three months with over a dozen visits!

Either the doctors at Express Care are very stupid or they were purposely keeping her sick to justify more and more visits and procedures to line their own pockets. Either way, this is not a company you want to trust for anything. As noted by another reviewer, one star is too high a rating. I wish I could give them a zero star rating.

I will not lie I loved my lpn Rob at Express care, I was his patient for a year and a half and he wrote my RXs for me as long as he was aloud.... Dr Jackson is a joke he is the medical director of the clinic and he put my life in danger by stopping all meds with out warning. (meds that you have to be slowly taken off of due to health risks and seizures). The Doctors are more concerned about the government than the health of the patients. Dr Jackson is uncaring and could have caused me many more medical and heart problems had I not found a better doctor before I ran out of my meds. Dont go to this clinic unless its for a fast fix. they wont treat you long term unless your just having blood pressure and depression problems and sometimes they send you to the centers for the depression. Good Luck!!!

The place is full of people who couldn't find their ass with both hands.
They recently screwed up a new job for me as I was going there to take a drug test, HOWEVER Express Care employees didn't know who the employer was even though they have been contracting with them for five years.
A person would fare better laying bloody in the road and waiting for a passer by then to enter this hell hole.

Knowing that clinics often have long wait times, I choose to obtain an appointment instead of just waiting for an available opening. My appointment was for 2:50PM. I expected to wait about 30 minutes after the appointment time (what doctor's office ever gets you in right on time?), sure enough I was taken to an exam room at 3:30PM. The room was extremely cold, I'm talking chill bumps on the arms and legs cold. After 1 hour of waiting in the cold room, I finally stepped outside to the hallway where I told a staff member that I just couldn't stand the cold any longer and did she have any idea how much longer it may be. She said that my room was next on her list and she did go and get a portable heater for the exam room. Well the heater definitely helped with my comfort level while I waited an additional 1 hour and 15 minutes to be seen, 5:45PM. What I needed to see the physician about was not urgent, but I did need to see someone that day due to my work schedule and other problems. I would have thought that with an appointment that the wait would have been less than 3 hours however. I also wander what would have happened if something had happened to me while I waited in the exam room, because I was never checked on during that time. Needless to say, I believe that poor organization was definitely apparent and I will choose another provider next time.

I have been going here for over 2 years, I wouldn't go anywhere else, The Dr's. here care about you and they are the warmest group of Dr's and I have had most of them from Dr. Ron, to Dr. Gilbert to Dr. Jackson and now my own personal Dr. Alexis Nibe. Sure there is a wait ,you wait at your regular offices too,The Emergency room is an all nighter .I have never in 2 years seen a room dirty here ,and I have always been greeted with a caring smile and an apology that they couldn't get to me sooner.Sometimes kids make a mess in there and are unruly , I have seen them throwing magazines and dirty hands often, this is not the office's fault .They have convenient hours where I can go after work and a Pharmacy right there, I don't have to loose time from work, they work late hours because they put out our needs before theirs ,they don't go home sometimes till 11 pm, even though the sign says7pm, they are in there finishing up. They even have a snack bar if you get thirsty or hungry while your waiting who does that? I think they all go out on a limb to make my visit or experience as comfortable as they can.Lets appreciate this team of caring Dr'.s. and that we have a nice clinic to go to at these hours in Belleview, if not than bring your sleeping bag and 5 times more money and take a floor in the hall at the Hospital night night...

The place is dirty, and you might as well plan on a 3 hour trip when you go (unless you just happen to catch the place somewhat empty).

After waiting in the lobby forever (again, if it's empty they are somewhat on the ball) they come and get you the real fun begins. You'll get your b/p & vitals taken, then wait another 15 minutes. Then they come and take you to a room, then you wait another 15 minutes. While there, you have plenty of time to observe the dirty floors, dusty baseboards, and wonder how in god's name the County allows it keep its doors open.

Eventually got my zpak though---so what can you do?

Everyone is so nice and try their hardest to get you in and out ASAP.. Super job to all who work there. I go on the weekends, because I work Mon-Fri. They are so convenient to folks who work during the week. Can't say enough about their excellent doctors, nurses, and front staff.. Keep up the good work.

PROS: All Good
CONS: NON

I have went here several times. So far I like it and I keep going back. Each doctor seems to know what they are doing and are very nice. I really like it because they offer a pharmacy for the patients. This makes it real convenient for me and it will make it convenient for you as well. I hope you like it here as much as I do.
