I have to agree with the previous review. The Doctor is very "polite" and "soft spoken" but never exactly there to talk to you or get your questions. You do get the feeling of being "rushed", she is very quick with her examination and talks fast. The environment was very crowded as well too, but shouldn't be taken as a negative. She must be good if she has all those patients right? I was treated fair at best. She was very nice, so was her assistant , but my whole examine was like 10 minutes and I left with questions, the wait was really long too. You really can't blame the Doctor for her receptionist, the doctor is paying her to pick up the phone and be polite and take down all the information. If she doesn't do her job correctly then that's on her. Honestly it's a 50/50 experience at best.

Cons: Feeling Rushed Out

I needed to go for an allergic type of reaction rash & redness that I would get occassionally on my face.
From the start this office was a nightmare. The receptionist hung up on me twice, left me on hold for 10 min another time, and she was extremely RUDE, as if She was doing me a favor by taking my call.I show up 30 minutes before my scheduled appt. There were 25 people waiting. After 1 1/2 HOUR OF WAITING my visit with the doctor lasted 7 MINS. She came in, I tried to explain my symptoms and be friendly.she on the other hand was "uh huh...uh huh...yea..." RUSHING me. She said that it could be two things (she used the medical terms) She WOULD NOT EXPLAIN in detail anything & just preScribed 3 kinds of meds & DID NOT explain what they were for when I asked. She just said how many times a day to put it & said the box would explain. I only remember her saying "I cant guarantee you wont have allergic reactions to this" she did not AT ALL sit & talk to me about what I could do if it was these things, how i suddenly started having these, what I could eat, what I could wear on my skin, etc. she was not answering any of my questions. She SEEMED ANNOYED & BOTHERED. I actually had to stop her 3 TIMES FROM LEAVING THE ROOM!!! I wanted her to sit with me and explain things in detail but NONE OF THESE happened. She scheduled me for a follow up visit (which I had to pay for) So I STILL DUNO WHAT I HAVE, Im out $, Im mad as hell for her "treatment" OR LACK OF of it!! Maybe she's a nice person but as a doctor she is TERRIBLE. 0 out of 10. Talking with her patients who are paying (because most did not have insurance from what I could hear as I waited) or explaining things in detail ARE NOT a part of this woman's practice. YOU ANNOY HER! At least thats how she comes off. Maybe if YOU have insurance she might treat you better, who knows. but otherwise PLEASE PLASE PLASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TRIP.
