Dr. Jay is by far one of the best pediatricians. He listens to your concerns, he's understanding. And in 11 years he's never had me wait long in his waiting room. He's very personable to your children, you don't feel like another number.

I have been with Dr. Mirmanesh since my son was 6 months old. He is now turning 4 years of age this summer 2010. He was a God sent, my son had an awfull congestion since he was an infant,he was the only one to help me with his condition.

Office staff are not helpful and normally sound annoyed if you question anything. Called to make sure my daughter was up to date on all her shots after hearing another mother say her daughter had two flu shots and low and behold they never gave her the second half. When I brought her back in they charged me a full visit cost for their mistake even though I was there twice between the first flu shot and the second. Although I think Dr Jay is a nice person I would not recommend this office.

Instead of opening another office (in Sicklerville) I wish Dr. Jay would update his Marlton office and invest in quality staff. A nurse or someone with medical training would be a welcomed addition. When a child is ill it would be great to call the office and speak with a nurse and discuss the symptoms to help decide if an office visit (and corresponding copay!) are really necessary. The office staff are not friendly and seemingly not interested in the families/patients they serve. Admittedly, parents can be a difficult bunch when it comes to the well being of their children, but you would think they would realize this when entering this position. I have never been treated rudely, but neither have I been shown simple kindness or helpfulness. It seems as if they are there to get their paycheck and nothing more. Dr. Jay has always been good to my kids, and I have never felt cheated on my time with him as others have mentioned. He has never provided wayward advice, to my knowledge, and has treated all of my concerns with seriousness and sincerity. I like the fact that my children see only him and not a team of doctors. They all seem to like Dr. Jay and know him by name. My issue with Dr. Jay is upon occasion when I have used his emergency number (his personal cell!) he seems annoyed and occasionally has responded in a flippant tone, usually telling me that he "can't tell me anything without examining the child" which I already know. What I'm looking for is some guidance at that point and hopefully an answer as to whether I should/should not take my child to the ER. I've been with this practice for almost 2 years and am tired of it and am going to change. It's not a horrible place but it's not what I'm looking for.

On our last three visits combined, we must have seen him for a total of 15 minutes. He had no time to listen to our concerns. I wish we had read what people had to say before we wasted a year with him. And his staff are so rude!

This is a doctor who can be trusted to treat routine minor ailments or do a physical for a school requirement. Anything beyond that is outside his knowledge and, indeed, interest. He wants to run a revolving door clinic, devoting as little time as possible to patients so he can maximize profits. A patient with a problem that requires medical knowledge and diagnostic skills is a burden for him, and he reveals that in his manner. He lacks kindness towards children to an extent that is alarming in a pediatrician. His medical degree is from Ross University, one of those money-making universities that attracts individuals who did not have the qualifications to make it into any US med school, and where the dropout rate is about 40 percent!!! He also has an MBA, which should immediately send an alert to all parents. So, is his priority healthcare or business?

Dr. Jay is awesome. He is so great with the children and parents. He is kind and patient. He is knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. My child adores him. He always takes the time to answer any questions and can be reached easily. He always finds time to fit you in when the kids need to be seen.
